This dining experience was great. The restaurant is very clean. Staff are friendly and professional. my husband got breakfast and his hash browns were crispy and flavorful. I ordered chicken breast. My entire meal was very good except for the chicken. I was so full from the large portions that I didn’t complain. Our waitress asked if I wanted a to go container. I told her no because the chicken was fatty. She got the manager who apologized profusely. It happens often at restaurants with chicken so I wasn’t upset. He rectified the situation by taking the meal off our bill. I didn’t expect that because the rest of my meal was perfect. I was a happy customer.

If I could give this Perkin’s negative stars, I would go so far below zero that someone would have to go digging into the earth to find the rating. We walked in and apparently turned invisible, because nobody greeted us at the door after two people walking past us multiple times. After finally being seated, we sat there like decorative furniture. Received no “hello,” no drinks, nothing. Our server looked right at us, acknowledged our existence, and then somehow decided tables that arrived after us deserved attention, service, and actual beverages. She took their orders and then just… walked away. Nobody said anything as we got up and walked away after sitting there for 20 minutes, didn’t seem like they cared or even noticed. Wouldn’t know how to even rate the food because well.. we never got to eat!
This place is an embarrassment to every Perkins in the United States. Honestly, it’s a miracle this location is still open with service this painfully bad. If you want to go somewhere within 2 minutes of here that will actually serve you and greet you as you walk in, Tijuana Taco’s is down the road and will be worth your money and time.

Our server, Anna was absolutely phenomenal. She was super friendly smiled the entire time we dined, and we felt like she was a friend of the family. She was even very busy and her station and the service was still flawless. She was awesome. Anna is a rockstar.

The food was so good. There was no waiting list which makes it easier and faster to be seated. Food was so good and the portions were relatively big. The waitress was so friendly. However, the service was slow. The kids menu offers healthy food such as salad. For breakfast and lunch, the menu has variety of options. It is a bit limited when it comes to dinner. I believe you can still order lunch or breakfast dishes during dinner time though.

Very pleased when I came to this location a few days ago. Not very full which was surprising, yet nice. Exceptional and lightening fast service, and my order was great. Waitress was great, friendly. Place was very clean, and organized. I got the Southern Fried Chicken Biscuit Breakfast (pictured) which loos similar to the pics you see in the menu online. Great presentation! I also had the Strawberry & Cream Cheese Crispers (no photo). They were so good too and looked great! Very happy and I would come back to eat at this location again! Highly recommended 🙂

I have been a customer for years and consider alot of the people there as friend we have known them for along time. My issue is changes that have been made in recipes of your food. I had the steak and pepper dish ac few weeks ago and you changed the seasoning on it . Now it is something I will no longer order because I didn’t like the change. Tonight I had the meatloaf with the garlic mashed potato’s again you change it’s recipe and it is not as good as it use to be. Please correct your mistakes before you lose customers.
