It’s beyond my imagination. If you go into a Western fast food restaurant and you can eat a bowl of Vietnamese beef, it’s basically considered acceptable. If you ask me if it tastes good, I can only tell you that the chef carefully prepares every dish.

Here is another pho restaurant review. Like I said before , I’m a pho fan, gotta try pho anywhere I travel. This place is cute, neat, and more of a modern interior. I expected food to be the same level as interior of this place but no it wasn’t. This pho was super oily, and had no kick to it. Banh mi was just ok. Orange chicken was eww. Superrrrr dry and it came in weird red sauce, didn’t make sense why orange chicken had no taste of orange whatsoever and sinked in red color. Plus prices are higher than usual authentic Asian restaurants.

My boyfriend and I came here since we were in the area and hungry. We were kindly greeted by the employee. We ordered a strawberry creme slushie, Chicken Lo Mein, Bahn mi (the traditional way for this sandwich), and a turtle cheesecake. My boyfriend gobbled his food and was extremely satisfied. The Lo Mein was very good (especially compared to some other places). We were satisfied by the slightly sweet flavor of the strawberry cream slushie. Lastly, the cheesecake was one thicc boi, very delicious (saving rest for later, my tummy got full).
10/10 would eat here again

Banh Mi (Vietnamese-French baguette) is good in general. It depends on your taste of the meat options they have. I had Pate Jambon (B6), and it was good.
Phở is OK. I would say a little above average.
Drinks are good in general. They have different type of drinks. I had Taro Slush and Thai Tea Slush. Both are good.

Didn’t expect much from a Vietnamese/Asian place in an area like PBC (which is clearly not known for food). But was surprised with their Thai Tea, which was relatively tasty. I recommend it less sweet. Good as to go drink and enjoy on the nearby beach!

I didn’t realize that they also have a franchise of Paris Banh Mi here in PCB but I absolutely enjoyed this surprise very much.
We ordered their pho, banh mi, and croissants and bubble tea for several days during our stay. – – The banh mi was delicious, great toasted crust, plenty of different flavorful cold cuts, a good balance of texture and refreshness from the veggie.
– The pho was also good and more straightforward. While the broth could be deeper, it still covers the basis for pho and relieve your cravings.
– The bubble tea are also delicious, especially anything with creme brulee.
– The croissant is not my favorite.
I wish they bring back the 5+1 deal on the banh mi.
