Stopped by for a quick bite while passing through. We asked our server (Carlee I think) if it would be possible to get in and out in 30 and she made it happen!

Great place to meet up with friends for dinner. Chips and salsa are always fresh. Beef dip is great! El Maguey dip is also delicious! Service is friendly and courteous! Atmosphere is clean. Dinner standouts include burritos, street tacos, fajitas, and nachos. One of the best dining options in Wrens!

Just rating the service for now. The waitress said she was dropping off the water in her hand and she would be right back to take our order. She has been to the same table 4 times now, and we are still waiting to order.
Finally came back after about 8 minutes and actually asked if we were ready to order.
Over 1hr in and still no food…. restaurant isn’t even half full. I challenge anyone to find a place with service this bad.
Officially ovee 90 minutes now. Nothing yet. Left. Didn’t make us pay for the drinks.

The service has went down drastically in the past 6 months. We normally would stop here often but the past few times the service is horrible. We have to wait a while to even get our drinks let alone for someone to take our order and the servers dont act like they want to serve anyone.

Wrens ga. Stop in to EL MAGUEY MEXICAN FOOD. The food is done to perfection, service is ALWAYS! on point that is a major plus, Food DOES not taste like other mexican restaurants. The taste is good, food is a lot. And i can not complain about anything here.

Stop in for really good food and great service. The chefs here know mexican the chef knows quality and they will cater to you. Friendly and not fake. You will not run out of drink, Beer or tea or coke cola or napkins. Very on spot.

The food was really what is expected of a good Mexican restaurant and the salsa has its own unique flavor with more of a tomato base and smooth. The fajita salad with chicken was so good! It came with refried beans at the bottom and grilled vegetables, sour creme and guacamole on top.

Don’t judge the restaurant by the outside! It was a little quirky getting in to the almost empty parking lot of the almost non-descript building. Inside was warm and inviting. Service was great. Food was impressive; visually appealing. Taste and smell right there with it. Good portion size. Reasonable price. As we left, that almost empty parking lot had cars parked two deep. Highly recommend!
