The dim sum is as good as that in some flushing places. However, they stop serving dim sum at 3pm. We arrived at 2:55 and was initially told not serving anymore. However, they accommodated after we pointed out that it was not yet 3pm. The stand out was the rice roll with shrimp where the skin was soft, thin, and smooth.

A hidden gem at the far end of a shopping center in Jericho. This part of the shopping center is not as busy so there is much less traffic. This place is Flushing quality. They do Dim Sum well. Most of the patrons are Asian which is a great sign. Reasonably priced. Card payments are accepted. Always busy on Sunday. Give it a try if you can’t make it to Queens. We will definitely be going back.

Orient Odyssey is easily one of the best restaurants in the area. The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and served in generous portions, all at a great value. The service is excellent and quick, and the place is always busy, which speaks to its popularity and quality. A go-to spot for authentic and satisfying Chinese cuisine.

We were 3 couples and we all ordered apertisers, dumplings, soup, spicy pork belly and egg roll. Then we all ordered an entree. Unfortunately every one received theirs but I didn’t. After a few minutes I asked the waiter where my entree was he checked and admitted that he forgot to put my order in. I told him to forget about my order because we had plenty left over from the others, it was a lot of food and I still will go back because the food was outstanding. The various flavors of the different dishes were the best I’ve had at a Chinese restaurant.

This place was cool. The service was good and my server sold me on some dumplings I didn’t really like but i liked how she pushed the sale lol.
The ribs were pretty good. And so was the pad Thai. The place was quiet which is what I was looking for. If I were in the area I’d go back here.
Love their green tea too.

I normally like the food. It’s my go to for dim sum on Long Island. Unfortunately, I was treated with lackluster service today. Looking and practically begging for a server to attend my wife and I. Nobody took the time to carefully take my orders, but instead quickly rushed off catering to the needs of others. I came in very hungry, but left very disgruntled.

This place has potential, and I will rereview when I come back. My first impression was okay but not great. The staff and establishment were very nice. The food I got was okay at best. The soup dumplings are small, and the taste wasn’t great. It may be because of the cabbage they put them on. The shrimp roll I ordered was just a greasy mess with 1 shrimp in it.
The dim sum and the dinner dishes look great. I want to come back with a friend and try a few different ones, then see where my review is from there.

Family day out for dinner. Boneless ribs – perfect. Never eaten better. Young son said was his favorite. Sesame chicken crispy with perfectly balanced sweet & sour sauce. Delicious. Seafood pan fried noodles perfectly cooked combination. Worth trying.

The food was bland no taste. I ordered Singapore fried noodle and all I can taste was spicy, they put in 2lb of curry powder in it and nothing else. They shrimp is like mash potato. The mein fun isn’t a full long pieces. Became all broken up. The chicken chow fun was horrible. No taste, the onion was burned. The fun was so stuck together. I also ordered some steam rice noodle and also very weird. Sorry but will not order from this place again. Everything taste weird or no taste at all. The soy sauce they provide for the rice noodle also tasted sour and weird.
