Extended family of 13 stopped here for lunch after visiting the Michigan Maritime Museum on our way to Lake Michigan beach. Great sandwiches. Nice outdoor space to eat in good weather.

Literally the best sandwich and drink spot ever! I want to start this off by saying all the vacationers should come here instead of northshore memories down the road! It’s so much cheaper! My daughter always loves coming here because she gets greeted and gets samples. We’ve been to the bodega down the road and Jamie (the owner of northshore memories down the road) is so rude! The Depot always has the best selection of bread, local food, drinks, anything you name it! I will recommend this place over and over again!

If you’re looking for a good sandwich The Depot is the place. We typically grab a few before hitting the beach. It comes with a bag of small chips with several flavors available. Drinks are also sold there which is nice. Winter months they rotate the soup and chili is always served which help the winter blues. I like the option of half soup half sandwich. The Anchor is one of my fav’s but my boyfriend likes the Clipper sandwich. The wait isn’t long either and that’s nice.

Best deli sandwich ever!! I recommend the turkey anchor sandwich with mayo mustard. I’m sure bacon will taste delicious on there. The soup of the day was Shrimp Bisque, very Delicious and warm.

It’s a liquor store with a sandwich shop inside. We ordered a sandwich and salad. They were freshly made and delicious. South Haven is a great weekend get away from the Chicago area and “The Depot” is worth the time to visit for food and drinks to carry-out.

This is like the perfect snack shop where you can go for lunch and get deli or they have a full service, wine and liquor selection and high-end snacks. They also do a good job of carrying local whiskey and wine.

I was traveling to South Haven for a girls’ weekend and contacted The Depot about putting together a charcuterie tray and snack tray so that we could stay in after a long day of travel. They were so responsive and accommodating, and they put together the perfect feast for us. Everything was fresh and delicious, and it made our first night in town perfect. The store itself is fantastic. The service is really friendly and helpful and there’s a big selection of gourmet food and drinks. We will be back for sure. Highly recommend!
