DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! My experience at this location left me highly disappointed and upset. I made a pickup order that was supposed to be ready at between 12:40-12:45pm on my lunch break. When I walked into the location, there was one other customer there, sitting at a table. I was not greeted by any staff member, despite there being three on duty. I went to the pick-up counter, and I would be there standing for 5 minutes while no staff member helped me, asked me if I had a pickup order, or any type of acknowledgement that a customer was at the counter. Instead, one of the staff (an older woman) warmed up her lunch and then gave me a smile as she left behind the counter go sit at the seat and eat her lunch. Another sat in the office directly next to the counter, where her and I were both within eyesight of each other. And the final one stayed in the kitchen and would walk back and forth to the computers by the drive – thru window but never walked up the counter. Finally, the customer who was seated when I walked in came up behind me with his phone up, I assume he also had a mobile order, and loudly said “Oh seems they are having trouble today?” and I replied, “I was just thinking that, how long until we get some service?” At this point it was about 12:55pm. Still no acknowledgement by staff at all. By this time, I could tell she was packing my order. I watched her scrape the last potato wedges from the oven/warmer and make my chicken sandwich. She then packed the order and got my drink and just left it on the counter. She just walked away and still didn’t say a word. Finally, the staff member who was in the office next to the counter came out and said, “can I help you?” and I said I had a mobile order and she grabbed the order I just watched the lady make. The food was cold, and I didn’t even eat my sandwich because it was so nasty. The wedges were all hard and crunchy, and like stale. I could tell it was the very last of that batch, which only made me more upset because at least if I was going to wait, I would have liked it to be fresh. To make matters worse, I was late returning to work from my lunch. When I say, I am going to let everyone I know not to go to this location, I mean it. I plan on calling corporate because I feel as though the customer service and the food quality for a restaurant that was empty was unacceptable. This was the worst experience, and if I wasn’t on my lunch break, I would’ve asked for all of their names so that I could include it in the review.

I placed a DoorDash order and was contacted by the Dasher, who told me the store was out of cheese curds. The employees told the Dasher that I needed to cancel the order myself, but I explained that if I canceled after the store confirmed the order, I might not receive a refund. The Dasher even tried to connect me directly with the store, but the call was disconnected. Shortly after, the store canceled the order anyway.
I understand that items run out, and I was completely fine with substituting the extra crispy for original (this was the other issue). The issue wasn’t the shortage—it was the lack of communication and proper handling. If items are out of stock, they should be marked unavailable in DoorDash instead of asking customers to cancel and risk losing their refund.
I also felt bad for the Dasher, who was stuck in the middle of the situation. Overall, this was a frustrating experience that could have been avoided with better communication and menu management.

Went in the drive thru at night. Paid for 2 buckets of chicken, a box of chicken nuggets, and some wings. Went back home, only to find my wings weren’t there, and they replaced them with a random side of coleslaw and mashed potatoes with gravy, and the insulting part- I opened the chicken nuggets to find tiny crumb-like crispy chicken bit that fit in the palm of my hand. One was literally just a fried crumb of batter, and no chicken at all. These things were literally just crispy crumbs I paid for. I then called, and was simply told, “Sorry, we were out of wings. We can give you a credit for your entire meal, and you can come back when you want to get the fresh remade meal.” Like are you serious?? To not even tell me you guys were “out of wings” and then to just give me random substitutions??? I’d rather just get a damn refund, especially for the waste of crispy crumbs that were SUPPOSED TO BE CHICKEN NUGGETS. This is just crazy awful. Never EVER getting KFC again, after this.

Ordered online because I was in a hurry showed up around 15 minutes later than tge estimated time. Food still not ready, the dining room was empty, staff only paying attention to the drive through.

Could be the absolute worst KFC franchise on the planet. From the ceiling leaking in 4 places, to the fact I was the only person in line and it took them about 8 minutes to take my order, to the watery, luke-warm mashed potatoes- this place should shut down.

Another customer observed me becoming more and more annoyed, and told me she had been waiting over 25 minutes for two buckets of chicken.

Unfortunately, they have no competition in this city, so no standards need to be met.

1st and foremost….I received moldy chicken strips. 2nd. This has to be the most unprofessional group I have ever encountered. Don’t let you complete your order before giving you a total. Won’t read back your order correctly. Then serve you moldy chicken.

Stopped here on my way to work. I ordered a 4 piece all dark meal. Just over $14. The chicken was not as good as I remembered it to be. Must have been out for a while. The potatoes and gravy were very watery. I didn’t have to wait for my order like I do at most chicken places. Overall, it was okay.

I usually am satisfied with the service and food alike. However, today I ordered 2 Mac and Cheese bowls. When I got home , much to my dismay neither bowl was filled up very high and each bowl had only 5 pieces of chicken. And for over $14, not much of a meal!
