On March 28, I came around 9:00 AM. There was two girls working in the morning, and it was insanely busy! They still managed to give me the best service possible and they had the best attitudes. That poor girl, I believe her name was Shanga (I am so sorry if I spelled it wrong) ended up breaking something in the middle of it and I could see she was very stressed! All and all, my drinks were amazing and for how busy it was they came out within 10 minutes!!
Give those two beautiful girls appreciation for their hard work! Every time I come in, I see them and they are always so quick and friendly!

I have been patronizing this location since we moved back to the area back in 2023 but today you have lost my respect and business. The reason why is that it took eight minutes, from the time I ordered, to make two Frappuccinos. Not sure why; oh maybe it was because the employees on this day (07Feb25) decided that it was more important to chat with every regular customer from the Commissary manager about a particular Red Bull flavor was in stock, then to a co-worker mentioning that she saw them at Baker’s grocery store and then to individual who has a sticker on her Stanley cup that states her usual. But God forbid I ask her if said drink of mine was a Carmel frappe since I asked for no whip on it; her look at me when I asked solidified my decision. You see the whip topping upsets our daughter’s stomach and I had ordered two Carmel frappe. You see I know all this because it took so long for her to even make the drinks especially only using one of the blenders at a time. Oh she also had time to chat with a customer about not spending extra money at a certain bakery though she did wish there would be a Dutch Brothers location built around here. I have loved my experience in the past with other employees and will miss the genuine kindness from the lady who commented about my wallet. You maybe in a work environment and have regular customers but you should never overlook your task; whether it was intentionally or unintentionally. Your priority should be the customers you have at hand.

Very disappointed. Ordered hot white chocolate mocha with almond milk and no whip cream. It was very bland. I’ve ordered the same drink before and it never tastes bland. I also ordered a sausage and cheddar sandwich and they forgot to make it. We had to remind them. When given to me, they didn’t even apologize for the delay.

Danica, my barista, deserves a raise. Was here TDY just for the week and she helped me find a keto drink I loved. Swung by each morning and was greeted with a smile and asked for my usual. Felt like a regular. Feel good vibes. She’s upbeat and positive. Place was clean, taken care of. 5 stars to you Danica. It’s not much but it gave me a great start to my days here. Thanks.

This is a small location in the entrance of Offutt AFB Base Exchange. The employees are friendly and try to get your order out quickly. They have a decent selection of travel/coffee mugs on display. They also have a small sitting area with a few tables if desired.
