5/5 Stars – So Good!
Kwality Kabab & Grill is amazing. The biryani is super tasty, and the butter chicken is creamy and delicious. The vibe is chill and the staff are nice. If you’re craving good Indian or Pakistani food, this place is a must!
Surely I’ll try bun kabab and grill next time.

Ordered the Rose Fallooda, received in a charity type water cup with Saran Wrap around the cup. Ordered 2 samosas saw the “chef” in the kitchen opening an Indian store samosas packet and heating it up. When asked for a refund cause we did not like the service or the quality of the food the server did not refund correctly and only returned 3 dollars out of the 6 dollars. She was doing some math on the calculator and had us wait for 5 minutes. The fallooda was not quality at all no taste, just ice cream plopped in a cup of milk no mixing or nothing whatsoever. I would highly recommend not dining at this restaurant as the service was either racist or did not care about us at all. The samosas weren’t even tasty nothing we got here was good.

I believe this is a Pakistani restaurant or serves Pakistani cuisine, and I am simply in love with their dishes!
We ordered the Pav Bhaji, Naan bread, and Chicken Tikka Masala. First of all, it was my first time trying Pav Bhaji and I was not disappointed. When you go to order they will ask you if you want the bread as garlic bread or butter bread, and I chose the butter bread. The dish comes with 2 butter buns sliced in half so you get 4 pieces in total, and along that you get a curry/ gravy like item which is too good! I do not know what it consists of but it is amazing!
Next we tried the Chicken Curry Masala and Naan. This was also excellent! The masala and Naan both are a bit oily. The masala comes with 5-6 big pieces of Chicken and the gravy is one of the best I ever had!
Finally we ordered chai which was also excellent and very cheap at only $1.
Some of the cons of the restaurant are service and cleanliness/ environment. There is hardly ever a staff who is ready to take your order. We had to wait around 15 minutes before finding someone to order. The staff are very nice and cordial but they might try to speak with you in Urdu if you are remotely Indian looking, and I do not understand Urdu!
The place is not that great looking and we saw leftovers at some tables for a while and some tables were dirty so we had to clean our table ourselves. If these cons can be eliminated I would rate it a 5 star experience!
I will come back again for sure!

Worst restaurant experience ever. The service was terrible, it took forever for everything to come out. Everything was served on either styrofoam or a plastic to go container. Their utensils were plastic forks that were left out in a plastic container and were dirty. Now the food was extremely oily and gave us a headache and food poisoning. No sense of urgency came from the staff when asked for anything. For the last thing, a fan was placed on top of the trash can that circulated trash smell around the restaurant. Not sanitary at all. Do not come here, save yourself.

Visited Kwality Ice Cream and had a really nice experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and service was quick. The place has a casual, relaxed feel, which makes it easy to enjoy the food.
We ordered pav bhaji, papdi chaat, laal aloo, and dhokla. The pav bhaji was flavorful and served with soft pav. The papdi chaat was crunchy with a good balance of sweet and tangy flavors. The laal aloo was spicy and very tasty, and the dhokla was soft and fresh, which was a nice contrast to the other dishes.
We also had chai, which was hot and comforting. Portions were good, prices were reasonable, and the friendly staff made the visit even better. A great spot for Indian street food and desserts. Would definitely come back.

Firstly, its not Kwality it’s called Saima’s Kitchen (on the receipt). Next, I ordered 3 Pan falooda’s for takeout. While falooda’s were being prepared, I accidentally saw the owner Saima smelling the noodles making sure they weren’t bad, without wearing any gloves (not sure why I still took it, feel gross after thinking about it again). After preparing it she gave me the falooda’s with straw and spoons. The spoons and straws had a lot of dust on them. Once I reached home I wanted to make sure before consuming that the falooda’s were good. And they tasted of rotten eggs. Called the restaurant immediately to ask for refund and the owner first didn’t agree to the food being bad but upon insisting that the falooda’s were bad, she literally tried all the things she put into the falooda again and told me that a green syrup they put in had gone bad. She agreed to refund the money but couldn’t instantly refund it as she had to call her customer support to get the refund issued, they finally issued it after a week after I went in again personally. Never going again to this place. Cleanliness, Atmosphere & Food quality of the restaurant needs to be improved a lot and ASAP.

We ordered Chole bhature, samosa and Vada pav and sweet pan for to go. The taste wise food is fabulous. Chole bhature is must try as not only the size is generous the taste is equally phenomenal. Chole is the best in Texas to go with a true North Indian taste. Samosa is with spicy filling but the star was the tamarind chutney to go with it. Vada pav was packed nicely everything separately to put together the Vada pav according to you liking of sweet and spicy chutney to make it extra spicy there was red chilli paste and sautéd green chilly to go an extra level of hotness to the Vada pav. In total good food to take out.
I agree to dine in ambience requires upgrade.
Fresh sweet pan was delicious and freshest.
Price wise it’s a fast food chain competitor.

I took the dahi puri, ice cream, and falooda. Ice cream and falooda were acceptable, but dahi puri was really bad and cold because all the sauces were cold inside the puri. I might visit again for the ice cream only.
