I’ve been coming here for several years and the food has always been good, but since the new ownership took over in 2022, it’s become even better. Hands down, the best palak paneer I’ve ever had, and the tandoori roti is amazing.
If you order the lunch special, it comes with basmati rice that is some of the most delicious rice I’ve ever tasted. My friend had the butter chicken and the lamb curry, and he said both were incredible.
The service is also exceptional — the staff and owner truly go above and beyond to make sure every customer is happy.
If you’re looking for great Indian food in South Surrey, you have to try this place!

We absolutely love dining at Rasoi! The food is always amazing and incredibly fresh, every single dish truly hits the spot. You can tell so much care and love goes into the flavours because it’s consistently delicious every time we visit.
The environment is warm and welcoming, and the people there make you feel like family from the moment you walk in. We go quite frequently, and our server Vikash is always there with the biggest smile. He is super kind, attentive, and constantly checking in to make sure everything is good. He even goes out of his way to give my niece and nephew candy at the end of our meals, which makes their day and keeps them excited to come back.
Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for amazing food, great service, and a cozy, family-like atmosphere. We’ll definitely keep coming back!

Shout-out to Rickie who is one of the best servers out there. He is super welcoming and friendly. Treats everyone like family and he keeps things light and positive. The food is fantastic. Randomly searched r/Surrey on Reddit, and many indicated this was a great spot for a delicious Indian meal. I was not disappointed! Everything was flavourful and delicious, with just the right seasoning and spice level (opted for med). Quality ingredients, and food made with care. Our waitress was super attentive and had great suggestions – we’ll be back for sure!!

Gathering with girl friends had such a good time catching up chit chatting for three hours. We dined in and forgot to take pictures . Good food great service. It’s a quieter restaurant in the White Rock area.
We had fish pakora, papadum and two items from their lunch menu (Chana Bhatura and Aloo Kulcha). Chai tea of course. Girl friends bought takeout for the husbands.
