Orders a Buffalo Chicken sandwich to go.
Unfortunately, I was 20 miles down the road when I noticed that it was just cheese and bread. So I called the restaurant and told them that my order was not correct and they agreed to refund. Problem solved, right?
Well, 10 minutes later, the manager that I spoke to called me back and accused me of lying and told me they had a video of me eating the sandwich (which I still have) in the restaurant before leaving. False.
She grilled me about what I was wearing, then she told me that I ordered the wrong sandwich which was also untrue. Unreal.
Don’t waste your money here.

I know what I ordered and it wasn’t a grilled cheese, but keep calling me a liar.
Also, the manager who grilled me on my clothing didn’t mention anything about “making sure” they refunded the right person, she just accused me of eating the sandwich in the restaurant and was rude to me.
Thanks for the refund though.

The sandwiches are good, a little crumbly but still ok. Be prepared for everything to have a separate charge as chips and fountain drink were not included with purchasing a full sandwich. I’m not certain there was a combo option. They make their own hot giardinera; however, I did not try it. The staff was efficient and courteous.

Pickleman’s has good food. Inconveniently located the prices are high and the portions are small. The environment is fairly loud. There is usually a line so really you are just waiting to get through the ordering area. Staff were pleasant but very little customization to your food. You get what you get.

I decided to stop in here for dinner. It was pretty disappointed. I ordered a Cuban that the staff recommended and the pork was dry and mostly less on bread that did not taste fresh. The Cuban should have been much more flavorful, but it just kinda didn’t taste good. The other thing that got me was the price, you could get a sub 50% bigger for the same price at Jersey Mike’s and it would be better. I don’t think I’m gonna be back.

The food was amazing. My only complaint with my food is I got the lettuce wrap and the lettuce was very wet making for an extremely messy wrap. Check your receipt as you’ll be overcharged. Thetables were filthy and employees making your food touch their hair, face and clothing then continue making your food.. I’m sure that violates the health code.

Picklemans was great! The sandwich was a little smaller than I would have expected, but great flavor and stacked with toppings! The cookies are to die for! I’m a lover of spicy chips, but the spicy pickle chips aren’t spicy at all, they’re just a huge salt bomb.
