I frequent this location and never have an issue w their portion size even after they cut back, I’m not a big eater. Today my husband picked me up some food on the way home and I’m pissed! I don’t know if the preparer is new or what but this is beyond embarrassing. I tried to call this location and you have no option to speak w a live person. Call corporate. I attached a picture here so you’ll see what I’m talking about.

My husband and I don’t order food from Chipotle very often, but when we do, either he gets food poisoning or I do. I ordered a sofritas bowl yesterday, and today, I am having all the symptoms of food poisoning. This is unfortunate because we like Chipotle and this is the closest location to us. Bowl was delicious as always. I got the carnitas. Good seasoning. Good portion.
I also got the chips and queso. Queso delicious. Chips were fried badly. Undersalted and all folded up on each other. Couldn’t scoop anything.
If I had eaten at the restaurant I’d have asked for a replacement. But I ordered to go. All things considered it’s a small error but chipotle is elite and higher standards are in play.
I still ate everything.

I was made two bowls with raw chicken on 5/18. I kindly returned both after noticing. Unfortunately, the manager on shift couldn’t refund my full amount bc it was an online order.

Delicious as always. Chipotle is always tasty. Kind of on the more expensive side though. Just fyi. I bought a double meat bowl and chips with queso and a small drink and it was like $30 lol

The toilets do flush. The bathrooms are clean. The tacos are a thing of beauty. The stools are fixed in places to eat. You can inhale fully, and take a seat. The tables are clean the working people are neat. When you want a burrito, and a break from the heat. You can go to the spot and plug in your auto. You can eat in your car and hear Mr. Robototo.

This location has gone above and beyond for me. I had ordered delivery through their app but unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience. This experience wasn’t on them but on the third-party delivery service they used.
My family received our order not only incomplete but without a sealed bag which was a red flag to me. One of the food containers was also tampered with. I called Chipotle immediately and a very nice employee assisted me with the issue at hand. Although it wasn’t on them, she apologized for the bad experience and took it upon herself to call the delivery company and help resolve the issue. Any other place would have directed me to call myself and resolve it.
I’m VERY pleased with how this employee handled it. We ordered a second time and to our surprise, she hooked us up with free chips and guacamole. They didn’t have to but this shows how they take care of their customers. I’m very pleased with this location.

Their serving portions are so small now especially on the meat. Went in today and ordered a bowl. They put less meat than a tacos worth. Just a bit of meat in the middle didn’t even cover anything. Will never come to this location again very disappointed. Comparing the pictures of 4 oz online from I was served it looks like I was served 1.5-2 oz of meat. Took my business to waba grill next door instead

This chipotle is the best location in the area! recently moved out of the area but for 2 years I would find my self here almost every day. Not sure why but it felt like their meat, food, and guac was always fresh. They are very clean and have a great crew! They would have always called me by my first name and would automatically know what I want. Thank you guys!

Got 3 bowls they all look like this all scrambled… my kids meal has no cheese in the tortilla…. but they did give us 2 tortillas… this is so sad when you spen like 50 plus bucks on food and it looks like this
