I haven’t been to this Starbucks and gotten my order in less than 30 mins, specifically in the drive through. It is the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to in my life. I have been to way busier locations that get me in and out in 1/5th of the time. I have been to this location multiple times and has consistently taken at least 30 mins. For example, I just went in the middle of the day, at 2pm, and I was in the drive thru for 30 mins. It’s ridiculous. There were plenty of people working there. When I finally got up to the window, I sat there for a long time and the girl asked if I had already paid and then asked what I was waiting on. They should know the answer to both of those questions and if I sit in line for 30 mins, there is no reason that my order shouldn’t be ready when I get to the window. I will not be coming back to this location.

I normally don’t write reviews… lady who took my order was super kind and helpful! Goes for my drink i ordered the most basic thing on the menu and they managed to make me the worst drink Ive ever bought . I really don’t want to sound like a Karen because the workers don’t seem rude at all!! I orded a venti pink drink with strawberry cold foam… I kid u not my drink was less than 3/4 full 1/2 cold foam and tastes like straight WATER. I was on a time crunch and couldn’t wait but the food was good tho. I feel like the 4 workers there should’ve realized the drink wasn’t even full and no one was inside waiting so its not like they were slammed. Anywayss just a heads up you might get some wonky drinks at this location! The people are sweet though and place was clean.

I understand the worry of drive thru time. But they honestly don’t care about walk in customers. I’ve sat in this Starbucks for over an hour and half, just watching the cars go by in drive thru. At least 20 cars have went by, but here I am still waiting. All these fast food places, including Starbucks, NEEDA wider drive thru. You cannot fit a dually truck in them. Half the cars are rubbing the curbs because it’s so small. Tryna save on space and cost to build, I get it. But doing it over and over again until people get used to it, and says that’s just how it is. Psychology at its finest. So if bothered to read my whole post. Just go through the drive thru.

Ordered, on the app at 1:52, finally received my order at 2:12, and they weren’t busy at all! Too busy conversation instead of working!

I stopped there with my grandkids and there was 2 ladies in front of us.
Those 2 ladies received and had their drinks finished b4 we even got our first drink. We waited over 20 min for 3 drinks.
But had i gone through the drive through we wouldn’t have had that problem it seems that’s all they were concerned about serving.

Awful location the place was dead. We even did a mobile order and still ended up waiting over 20 mins in 2 microwave food items. That take no less then 2 mins to heat up. Would skip this location for the next any day.
