Fusco’s has the BEST water ice! It’s crisp and refreshing, and not overly sweet…just the right amount of sugar. The pieces of lemon rind are delicious too. I ordered the 5 gallon container, and it was more than enough, so I’m really happy to have leftovers. I also love that it’s authentic Italian from a local, family owned business. So glad it’s back!

The best water ice around! Made fresh with simple ingredients and packed with flavor! Just like the way it was when I was growing up! I enjoy the slightly watery consistency, and it’s easy to walk and enjoy by the cup! The cherry was the best I’ve ever had, and the Luxardo cherries really make this a standout. The Lemon was made well with a little rind, A+++!!! Thank you!

Fusco’s lemon water ice saved my husband’s life.
It was a super hot day in Lewes this past week and he started feeling like he was getting heat stroke. We stopped and got some water ice. I don’t really like water ice bc it’s usually too sweet, but this was the best most refreshing water ice that we’ve ever had. We ended up ordering more to go. And now we will definitely be stopping at the stand in Wilmington. We love it!!

New site on Kirkwood Highway by 4th generation owner is a hit!!! We had exceptional service by Sophie and Charlie tonight! The expanded business model includes tomato pie, and lactose free custard to top your HOMEMADE real fruit water ice. Still made ON SITE with no added flavorings or colorings- and you won’t find any plastic spoons here either!!! Such fond memories of visiting Fusco’s as a kid with my Dad and counting the pieces of crushed lemon pulp we’d find!! Awesome!!! Can’t wait to return!!

We ordered 5 gallons of Italian ice for an outdoor party of about 400 students. They were very helpful with planning out amounts and pricing as I was unsure the best options! Easy to work with and listens to all of your questions. The students and staff loved the italian ice. The lemon was delish! Highly recommend!!

Just had Fusco’s for a large gathering over the weekend, and could not have been more pleased with the experience! Joseph was incredibly helpful with the planning (spot on with the numbers and amounts needed!), supportive of last-minute changes, and of course the quality was top-notch. The water ice was just what people needed at the end of the day, and I am happy that some of our guests are even considering ordering Fusco’s for their own events!
