Friendly crew. Very nice and polite. The chocolate frosty which I ordered was several minutes from ready. They offered vanilla, but I chose to wait. Wendy’s might want to invest in either larger machines or 2 machines for each flavor so 1 is always ready.

If I can give this place a zero star review, I would!! I’m surprised this place is even up and running…. Probably the worst “fast food” joint is this LOCATION!!!! I advise anyone not to go unless you want a terrible experience than help yourself!

If you come to this location be prepared to wait forever. we went on lunch break and I ended up going next door to the time Hortons in the same building and had no problem. After we stood for 10 minutes never being acknowledged by wendys.

Can I make a suggestion? Close this location, if you’re in the drive-thru and they hand you a drink, then ask you to pull up and wait, hand it back and just get your money back. 15 minutes waiting for food with one customer ahead of me, all for my order to be wrong. I order a PLAIN CB, small fry, small drink. Burger was packed with slop, fries were the scraps from the warmer, half filled small fry… It’s worse every time I go there. Those same employees are responsible for cleaning and proper food handling. I consider these things when I go somewhere, this is one place I won’t return to.

Wonderful. Drove through after a soccer game at 9:30 pm. The fries were pipping hot — which is the best way for fries!!! The chicken ranch wrap was fresh and perfect. The big bacon classic burger was excellent.

Super long line at 1130am but thats typical. The drive-thru is strange since Tim Hortons pickup window is right in the way of the Wendy’s line. Anyway…got the Dave’s classic double and I was pretty shocked at the way it came out. It almost didn’t look real. Their food is normally luke warm and not very good. Drive through only, but moved along, I th think faster than I have seen on the past couple years.
Update: They opened the lobby, but probably shouldn’t have. Workers seemed mad you showed up. Floors were a mess, one ketchup empty, the other might have been 6 months old, and the drink dispenser barely had anything available – definitely no sugar free choices.
Definitely won’t be back for another couple years.
