I went to order a New York cheesecake blizzard for my wife through the drive thru and got told ok with a stern voice and then the price. I pulled up to the first window for a decent gentlemen with curly hair to ask me if I ordered a royal New York cheesecake blizzard and my other one, I said no I ordered a New York cheesecake. I worked at Dairy Queen when I was younger so I know what the difference is between a royal and regular blizzard. My wife hates the filling that the royal one has. This blonde lady proceeds to speak over me when I said no I ordered a regular and gave me attitude telling me that’s what a New York cheese cake is, a royal version of the cheese cake. Then plopped the blizzard down so hard that it splattered ice cream on the counter. I told her no. I ordered a New York cheesecake, not a royal. The New York cheesecake has strawberries in it but no filling down the middle. She made a new one but didn’t put strawberries in it and somehow got some sprinkles and other ingredients in it. She proceeded to yell about me to the guy with curly hair till I left. She’s lucky she didn’t put an ingredient in it that my wife is allergic to when I specifically asked for something that she as a worker should know how to make and the difference between the two as well as not yell and give attitude to her customer with the window wide open looking directly at me while I’m in uniform cause I’m active duty down at Little Rock AFB. I wouldn’t recommend this Dairy Queen to anyone because of this scenario. The curly hair guy that worked the window can account for the whole thing.

I’ve been to the DQ a few times since my family moved here a year and a half ago. I want to preface this review with the fact that during my very first time going to this location, the lady was incredibly rude in the drive through (I had a TWO-day-old and a toddler in the car and going inside would have been too difficult. I asked the lady if she could give me ice cream cake options over the intercom. She said, “Why don’t you come in and look for yourself.” I responded, “Can you not just tell me here?” She clearly did not like this response and was rude throughout the rest of the exchange). I still went a few times after since that was one employee and one incident.
Fast forward to last night, 10/6/25, around 9:15pm. I ordered the same thing I have been ordering for about 25 years – a Reese’s blizzard. The employee hands me the blizzard. It’s vanilla Icecream with the tiniest little brown specs in it. I told the drive through employee this. He gets someone else to handle the situation, a female employee. I’m assuming she was a manager. I told her that I always order a Reese’s blizzard and I have never had it to where it’s basically vanilla Ice-cream with specs of chocolate. Where was the candy? You can’t even taste the Reese’s. You can’t even see them. It was an absurd low amount of candy.
She at first defended how they made this blizzard. I asked if they are cutting back on the amount of Reese’s candy they put in blizzards. She confirmed. She then gave me a refund, no apology or attempt to rectify the situation and was blatantly annoyed throughout the exchange as well.
I understand DQ is a business that needs to turn a profit, but there is a point where the business now is delivering an exceptionally low-quality product that I’m amazed more people haven’t written reviews on this or this place isn’t dishing out refunds right and left.
I am very reasonable and I don’t expect DQ (or any business) to go wild with the expensive ingredients, but I do expect SOME chunks of Reese’s in a Reese’s blizzard.
Anyway, promptly drove to Sonic right after all of this. I ordered a Reese’s Blast. I received a very reasonable Reese’s-to-ice-cream ratio. I will now end my 25-year-long DQ relationship and am going to Sonic for my Reese’s Blast/Blizzards from now on.

It was horrible. I ordered a mint oreo blizzard, it wasn’t mixed, barley any flavor, for some reason it tasted like lime and the cookies tasted off like they weren’t oreos. Ot wasnt just me, i had others taste it. My husband and his friend ordered certain blizzards and all the bits were on top and the rest was straight vanilla ice cream. The person at thr cash register was playing with her hair while taking our order and then going and making food

I ordered a birthday cake for my daughter’s birthday. The cake tasted good. However the writing on the cake was horrible. I will not be ordering any more cakes from them. It was expensive and ugly.

The lady working here was really rude to my mom for no reason. It made us both uncomfortable. Definitely not the kind of service we expected from Dairy Queen.

I usually loveeee this location and eat here often. I came here tonight and ordered the crispy chicken salad. I have ordered this a lot before and absolutely love it, yes I understand I came at 9:20 and you close at 10 but my chicken was not chopped up like usual and it was cold (I fed it to my dog that’s how cold it was) and the tomatoes were thrown on there whole and not chopped up like usual. The lettuce were big chunks and not a lot of that either. Service was friendly and I’ll be back but I’d keep an eye on your food to make sure it’s up to standards even close to being closed.

I enjoy stopping at Dairy Queen Grill & Chill locations. You know what you’re going to get and it’s very reasonably priced. The service at this location was fantastic. Friendly staff, got my order out quickly. Food quality was as I expected. It was a nice lunch. I highly recommend stopping here.

Order was messed up, which is no big deal. I drove back around to get it fixed and had the rudest female worker ever who argued with me about the order and was so hateful. Really disappointing experience.

Female manager on site was INCREDIBLY RUDE! I was given wrong dessert which is ok, mistakes happen, I took a few bites and realize it isn’t what I ordered, I tell man at counter, offered to give back but he declined, he tells the manager who doesn’t know what it is, he doesn’t know and I point out how it has nuts. She ignores me and talks about me infront of me about “And he ate it?” “Why would he eat it all?” I tried to offer again and show i only had few bites and was ignored. She continued about how I was stupid for several minutes until I was at the point i felt uncomfortable and left. I don’t care if it was a bad day, NEVER treat customers like that! 3pm August 8th.
