Maybe close down the restaurant for good so people don’t stop to waste their time? Please stop somewhere else. These people don’t care about their business!! Says open until 9pm, but I was there at 7pm and there were 3 employees sitting down talking, and they didn’t want to get up to make the sandwiches. The owner has to be losing a ton of money because we were a group of 5-6 families looking for food and the employees didn’t feel like working. It happened to my wife as well at a different time.

The girl behind the counter was beyond miserable and made it uncomfortable to order from her. Any question you asked her was met with disdain and disgust. The woman working here is so rude, she gives subway a bad name. She made a line of 10+ people wait 15 minutes while she grabbed a drink and sat behind the counter. She didn’t care much for hygiene and was lenient with how she used and changed gloves, and was disgusted because we asked her to make us a subway sandwich.
Please do not go here, and subway should ensure they hire people who actually care and want to make a sandwich, not people who want to just drink behind the counter.

I wish there would be a review option named zero star. They don’t deserve any star. The guy I assume work here is eating chips from subway rack but when I asked does he work here or not, he said no. Every week I go through this route and stop here but never seen someone working here. Wanted to talk with manager or someone but no one was there.

We eat and a lot of subways, with the sports teams my kids are on, this was probably the worst one we’ve been to in terms of the quality of the food. The various sandwiches we got in here all just seemed very subpar compared to the other locations we’ve been to. I am still giving three stars, because the two employees behind the counter were very nice to us. Also, for those of you on a budget, I think this location maybe a little bit more expensive than the other ones because it’s off a limited access Highway.

Lue Titus is a *****. Can’t get his team to clean the toaster and relies on 1-2 people to pick up everyone else’s slack. I wouldn’t eat at any subway in north haven. The health inspections are horrendous. Let be real jersey mikes is better anyway. I’ll be passing every subway I see at top speed in my hellcat redeye jailbreak for sure!
