The personal pizza is my go to! It comes loaded with toppings, pictured is meatball and Jalapeño. Pretty good and large burger too. Service was great staff very friendly. If you ask for something even if its busy its not a big deal.
Great rotating craft beer selection always got some delicious local beer on tap stuff you dont see everywhere.

Big turn out for Canes games here

Bustling place! Got a seat at the bar. Fast and friendly service. I ordered the adult grilled cheese with tomato that was divine and the other entrée was the meatball sub which was pretty good. Our drinks were fantastic.

First time trying out this place. I ordered pizza and my husband got sandwich with fries. Pizza was good and sandwich as well but the fries were old and stale. Once we were done with our food we put everything on the side and waited for over 15 minutes for the waiter to bring us check. My husband even stood up and server just walked past us to all the other tables.. we had to go ask the food pick up lady if she would let us pay for our food there!!! I’m sorry but that’s just not a good service.

My husband and I dined here before going to a show at the Lenovo Center. It was a seat yourself restaurant with the menus as a QR code on the table which made for quick and easy service! I will say that we got there just in time because other people ended up having to wait for tables to open. We split 3 appetizers, the Garlic Parm Fries, Pork Egg Rolls and Wings. They were delicious and more than enough food! We also enjoyed some great IPAs. Our waitress was super friendly, quick with refills and great service. It was a great time and fantastic food.

Awesome restaurant and clean. We were expecting to have a long wait and our food would take a while, but it came in less than 10 minutes. We had the Bru’s burger with truffle fries and fried chicken nachos. Get there early though.

Overall Score: 8.3/10 – A spacious and clean bistro with attentive servers, high-quality food, and a welcoming atmosphere that’s perfect for a relaxing meal.

Atmosphere and Service: 8.5/10 – The bistro offers a large, open interior with unique decor and big TVs that enhance the experience. The outdoor area, though small, is well-maintained and adds to the charm. The staff is very attentive and friendly, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The bar area is sleek and inviting, contributing to the overall appeal of the space.

Menu: 7.9/10 – The menu offers a wide range of options and is more extensive than many similar establishments. Adding a few additional choices could make it even more appealing and elevate the dining experience further.

Burger: 8.3/10 – A wonderfully crafted burger with bold flavors and excellent quality. The combination of sauce, cheese, and a perfectly cooked patty makes each bite satisfying and flavorful. The bacon was crispy, the pickles added a nice touch, and the bun was soft and fresh. The fries were crisp and delicious, complementing the burger well. The price was reasonable for the quality and taste.

Margherita Pizza: 8.4/10 – A high-quality pizza with a perfect balance of flavors. The sauce was bold, and the cheese adhered well without sliding off or creating extra grease. The crust was excellent, with just the right amount of crispness despite a slightly soft undercarriage. Each bite was consistent and enjoyable, with a reasonable price for the size and quality.

Grabbed a quick solo bite here on a whim. The adult grilled cheese and tomato bisque were delicious! Will definitely be back to order the same. Seating is first come, first serve. I sat at the bar and the service was efficient and friendly. The bartender even converted their signature drink to a mocktail which was also yummy. Typical pub atmosphere. 10/10

A delicious precursor to a PNC arena event

Let me start off by saying I am from out of town and we needed a place to eat so I just chose a random spot near the concert. I was pleasantly surprised all around by our experience. We got lucky!

To put it plainly, expect a delicious twist of regular bar food and a clean/pleasant atmosphere. Pizza, burgers, beer, sandwiches, and more. All with a positive twist that leaves the eater satisfied and wanting to try more on the menu.

Everyone around the table enjoyed their meal. There’s something for everyone to choose from. The pizza dough looked a little odd but I didn’t try it so I can’t comment. I got the Caprese sandwich and added chicken for some protein. I really liked how the waiter didn’t flinch and said of course to my request. The poutine was a great option but I would go with a different side next time. Not as bold of a flavor as I am used to for this dish.

Honestly my only real concern was when we asked for root beer, he didn’t ask if a can was okay. It’s nice to know if you’ll be getting refills or not. I would go here again to try more next time I am in the area!

Brus Public House is a fantastic spot, especially before catching a hockey game! So many canes fans here!

The Reuben with pickled jalapeños was absolutely stellar—perfectly balanced flavors and just the right kick. The rye bread is thick sliced and toasted to perfection. DO NOT pass up their truffle fries or try the poutine which is a rare find in Nc!

Service was top-notch: friendly, attentive, and prompt, making the whole experience even better. The young gentleman was super busy but he made you feel like a friend.

Drinks were strong and well-made, and the atmosphere was lively and welcoming. Highly recommend for great food, drinks, and vibes before or after a game!

As a seasoned soldier in the pressure washing industry, I have done work for quite a few restaurants in the Triangle. Every restaurant in the history of eating obviously prioritizes the cleanliness of the dining room.

Bru’s IS NO EXCEPTION. The dining room and bar area are spotless.

You can tell a lot about the caliber of a restaurant and the crew that runs it- NOT by how the dining room looks.. but by what the waste area looks like!

NEVER HAVE I EVER SEEN- a venue that keeps their facilities this clean. It looks like they hired someone like myself to bring it up to snuff. This place is freakin IMMACULATE. Danny obviously runs a tight ship. Needless to say, I AM IMPRESSED- and you will be, too!

Stellar food, delicious drinks, friendly staff, and a sparkling clean venue, both in front of house, AND THE BACK!

What more could a hungry patron ask for?!

Bru’s Public House… FOR THE WIN!
