Unser Traum ein Restaurant zu eröffnen, das auf Nachhaltigkeit achtet und dabei vegane Gerichte für unsere Gäste zubereitet, ist mit Bảo Bảo in Erfüllung gegangen.
Für die perfekte Zusammenführung von vietnamesischer und veganer Küche, haben wir uns noch einmal auf dem Weg in unsere Heimat gemacht. Wir haben nach Inspiration für unsere leckeren Gerichte gesucht, aber auch für unsere Einrichtung, Teller und Schüsseln, welche aus Vietnam importiert wurden.
Es war ein langer Weg, aber seit Mai 2019 können wir unsere Gäste in Hamburg mit unseren leckeren Speisen und Getränken verwöhnen.

I went there based on suggestions on Google Maps and well let me tell you that this has to be the BEST vegan place in this whole country !
The starters blew my mind ! The shrimp was SO YUMMY and my curry was perfect !
Mojito was not so great but overall very good service ! Also rice could be improved I believe (I’ve been in Taiwan and they truly make the best rice on earth!
Can’t wait to come back and try everything on the menue !!

Pretty average vegetarian Asian. We only ordered four dishes and they were nothing special. The spring rolls were way too big (unappetizing) and the two different maincourses had identical ingredients even though the menu stated something different. The beer and wine selection is okay, if you like Lammsbräu. The place is very popular for some reason so reservations are recommended. We won’t be coming back – there are many Asian restaurants in Hamburg with similar menus but far better quality.

Amazing asian vegan cuisine, me and my friend, we just loved it! And it’s also great that you have a lot of variety, so you don’t have to eat the same dish over and over. We loved it and we will definitely come back soon!

I’ve heard a lot about this place before coming, sadly it is pretty disappointing
They probably used the same soup for wanton & it tasted nothing like the usual pho soup
The amount of rice noodles was enough only for a child
It felt more like a soup than a wet rice noodles
Definitely not worth the 13€, other items probably taste better

Delicious food and extremely good service! Definitely worth a visit We tried some different finger food dishes, the udon noodle main dish and the sticky rice with vanilla ice cream – all of them very satisfying.

Vegan Vietnamese restaurant. The food is amazing. Huge variety of dishes from starters to desserts. All dishes are vegan, fish, king prawns and meat are substituted with vegan options, which taste just the same. They also have a decent cocktail menu, which is priced reasonably. For all gluten free people they have gluten free beer.

This is a very lovely and nice place. It’s very cozy and with a nice size. However, since it’s a small place the noise is a bit to loud. The food was very good and the fried dumplings were tasty and delicious. Our favourite dish was the dessert made of fried bananas served with vanilla ice cream.

The soups weren’t something special. The mango salad as well as the main dish with the rice noodles and the vegan meat were very delicious. The desert with banana rice and the coconut cream was amazing! Would visit again to try more dishes.
