I ordered 3 carry out pizzas, sausage, pepperoni, and bacon, from this location. The pizzas were supposed to be hand tossed, but they were flat like crackers, the crust was hard and there was hardly any cheese. I called the store to speak to a manager after inspecting the pizzas when I got home and I was placed on hold for 15 minutes and then hung up on. I called back and a staff member, Bria, answered the phone stating that her manager, Whitney, was unavailable to speak to me. The staff member who answered was very rude, inconsiderate, and did not try to resolve the complaint. I’m disappointed in the service, quality of the pizza, and response from the staff. This is the second time that I have experienced this issue from this particular store. Due to this experience, I will no longer spend any more money with Pizza Hut.

There’s a lot of room for improvement at this location. Ordered a stuffed crust and a pepperoni melt. I received a charred mess. I literally thought I might chip a tooth on the crust! My dog wouldn’t even eat it and I have literally watched her eat goose droppings. In what universe is this acceptable? (See photo)

I ordered a pan pizza with extra cheese… the crust was hand tossed, there was no extra cheese & the meat was burnt/pizza was dry & overcooked! I hadnt ordered pizza hut in awhile & was looking forward to the buttery pan crust!! SMH & very disappointed!

I love Pizza Hut. But this location is the worst! The employees, including the manager, are all incompetent. And their customer service skills are not skills at all. There was a lady in there waiting on her order that they couldn’t get right because they have no communication skills either. That lady was so patient with them. She is a saint. I would have never been able to keep as calm and polite as she was. And they were clearly taking advantage of her kindness. I will never return to this location. In fact, I will be sure I go out of my way to avoid it at all costs. It was truly disappointing to see the absolute disregard the manager and the employees had for their paying customers who can easily go somewhere else. I hope the lady was able to get her order in some capacity. She was there when I arrived and still waiting after I left. Kudos to you ma’am for sticking it out. I salute you!!!

Great pizza. Fresh. They even opened the box and showed it to me to make sure it was correct before I left. The girl behind the counter was amazing. She would be a great person to recruit for another retailer who may pay her more or put her into management. She was a rock star. I wish I would have got her name. I went back on February 28th 2024 and I’m telling you it was a homerun The app was not working correctly so I called the order and they were very nicely took the order their sauce is changed a little bit or has changed it’s a little sweeter which I love. The cheese breadsticks are amazing The supreme Pizza was incredible The pepperoni pizza was incredible The food was off the chart The absolutely the best pizza in town no doubt. And the lady on the phone was so nice and patient and took the order over the phone I just can’t tell you how Great the service and the food was I’m still blown away.

We ordered a pizza. After two hours called to see what was going on. They told us the order was picked up and should be delivered. After another 30 minutes I called back and they told us that door dash would not pick up our order so they cancelled it. No communication, no refund, nothing. We are done ordering from Pizza Hut anymore. They mess up or don’t provide the order every time.

I love Pizza Hut but the location on Hampton is by far the best! Whitney is very kind and lets you order whatever you want without judgement . We will be back Hut not just for the pizza but also for the great people who work there!

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I felt the need to speak up after seeing some of the negativity. I’ve been to this Pizza Hut multiple times and have always had a good experience.
Sometimes there might be a wait, but honestly, I’d rather wait a few extra minutes for my order to be done right than get something rushed and sloppy. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but I’ve seen them step in and fix things quickly and professionally. You can tell they’re working hard.

We order PH quite a bit and it’s always been good, but tonight it was near inedible. Both pizzas were overdone, with little to no toppings, sauce or cheese and almost impossible to even chew. The stuffed crust tasted stale and our Pan style was missing half the toppings we ordered. I hope this was just an off night, but we might just stay away for a bit after this.
