My friend ordered pizza. My pizza was missing pepperoni. The pizza had two toppings. I called them and ask can they remake it. Unfortunately I have no way to get there. If I want my pizza delivered 5 minutes away I have to pay, for their mistake. Next step was a refund or a remake for the next day, they said we may be able to give a refund. They have horrible customer service. I don’t even live here and wanted their food for a vacation. Never again.

When vacationing in Hocking Hills we don’t usually eat at any chain restaurants. Thankfully, tonight our original meal plans changed and we gave Cristy’s a try! I got a small side salad and ask them to add onions. The lettuce was crisp and the tomatoes tasted like they were from the garden! We decided on the Garlic Bread Pizza and the Italian Pizza. Both were phenomenal! The dough was crispy not burnt and held up when you picked up a piece. The toppings were plentiful on the pizza and the sauce is sweet, but not too sweet. My only suggestion when someone orders the Italian pizza is to offer a packet or two of italian dressing with it. We just ran to the grocery store and picked up a bottle on our way back to our campsite which just added to the delicious flavor of the pizza!

Placed online pickup. 30 to 35 minutes. Arrived at that time and was told they were just staring to make them, sorry, they were busy. It would be an additional 20 minutes. Also received a half hearted shoulder shrug. Received order in 20 minutes. Chicken on sub was cold. Pepperoni pizza was a joke. Pictures below. Not much pride there in product or service. Shame, it was excellent about 5 years ago. Logan location.

Always enjoy order pizza from here. I love there more sweet sauce recipe as well as there cheese bread and salads. They have the best cheesy bread around! Drive through staff and delivery staff are always pleasant. Definitely recommend this chain over any others in the area.

Omg AMAZING! Some of the best pizza I’ve had. We tried pizza crossing and hated it. This place was soooo good though! Especially the cheesy bread! Super cheesy and the sauce tasted great!
