I just left this location & I just want to put out there that Taylor (whom is new) did an AMAZING job today. She took really good care of me & offered me a sample of the new refreshers that you have available while I waited for my food to get ready. She won me over with the mango watermelon refresher & decided to buy one. I wanted to leave her a cash tip but I guess they don’t accept tips? So here I am leaving a review on how great customer service she gave me! Taylor if ur reading this thank you for being kind & I wish you luck on your journey & keep being you.

I called this location looking for a drive-thru, Maria stated “ unfortunately they do not, but she could still serve me.” I did explain I have a newborn that’s why I was looking for a drive-thru. Maria went above and beyond and took my order over the phone and assured me it would be ready. Food was fresh & hot! She is an excellent example of leadership. Here’s her recognition and now she just needs a raise. Panda is so lucky to have her.

Fast- simple- good Chinese food. I like they always cook in front of you in their open kitchens. The prices are reasonable. I enjoy coming to this chain restaurant because they always greet you at the door!

I am writing this review to commend Eric for providing truly outstanding customer service. During my recent visit to this Panda Express location, Eric managed the front line with incredible efficiency and a wonderfully positive attitude.
The service was the fastest I have ever experienced at a Panda Express. Despite a steady line of customers, Eric was quick, organized, and focused, moving everyone through seamlessly. What truly stood out, however, was his commitment to customer care. He was patient, made sure my order was perfect, and even cracked a friendly joke that made my day. It’s rare to see such speed combined with genuine, personable interaction.
Eric is a fantastic example of a great customer service employee. He deserves high recognition for his great work in delivering both fast service and an unstanding customer experience.

Absolutely terrible experience. I went to this Panda Express for lunch and immediately had issues. When I ordered a bigger plate, they did not give me the correct serving size. When I politely asked them to fix it, the staff flat‑out lied to my face—even though I clearly watched them serve less than they were supposed to.
To make things worse, when I went to pay, they repeatedly forgot to add my extra items. I had to ask three separate times, which is ridiculous for such a simple order. The entire interaction felt disorganized and careless.
This location seems severely undertrained and poorly managed. The service was frustrating, unprofessional, and easily the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Panda Express. Save yourself the time and money and go to literally any other location.

I ordered 2 portions of Chicken Teriyaki, but received only one portion, or about 1 1/2 breast.
Other places offer more for 2 portions, instead of just 1 portion when you’re paying for 2 portions.
I feel cheated.

How do you give 0 stars. This place is horrible when it comes to service. They prioritize mobile orders over the actual customer waiting in line. Waited in line almost 10min just to be helped. Women took half of my order, then stopped to continue the rest of the mobile order. By the time I got my food and paid I was well over 20min in there. Upon being next to pay, the cashier walked away and started filling in food. When he came back I explained my frustration, he apologized and then decided to lie right to my face and say they are short staffed and how it’s been a busy day. FALSE! Every time you walk into this location they take mobile orders over the people actually waiting in line. Sometime the line is almost at the door. If you gonna worry about mobile orders over the actually customer that is standing in front of you maybe consider hiring someone for that position.

This place is horrible with online orders they act like they don’t know how to read a screen when orders come in or whats the issue?..why give an ETA in the app if the order hasn’t even been put together when you get here. The crew tonight is awful they can barely.communkcate w customers or each other apparently. This is why ppl are cooking more often bc the service is atrocious on top of prices going up. Gotta offer us.something here at least. The girl working the counter is absolutely lost too a line of 8 ppl is literally standing here just wondering why we even ordered here tbh it’s a joke.
