Wonderful family-operated little spot. I crave their soup and it never disappoints. Thank you for the pride and love that clearly goes into every bite.

Totally desired with the man who serves the food, arrogant, angry, he is an older man. They told me that they served well but it was not like that. August 24th, half a day and it was disappointing with the attitude of the man who serves.

Cafeteria style, mom & pop food vendors. Situated on the right side of Assi Market. Food is reasonable prices, good food and I always order Rice cakes & fish cakes in a very spicy sauce!

Out of all the rice cake I’ve had I love this places style so much, mild spice and the udon + the rice cake is perfect. So thankful we are blessed with little gems like this even outside of big cities. May they prosper forever and continue to make wonderful food.

food is okay, owner is awfully rude and nearly denied giving a plastic spoon to my mom. we ordered around 30 minutes before closing (unknowingly) and my mom wanted to return their dishes so they could close early. then she asked for a plastic spoon to continue eating her food, and he scolded her for not asking for a to-go order. honestly, we thought they closed later, but he should’ve been nicer.

Only rating their food. At best, their food is edible. I must be spoiled on good Korean food in the city, because food here was just lacking much flavor. We got kimchi fried rice, bul-go-gi and bibimbap. The kimchi was a good portion but they didn’t put enough kimchi, felt like i was eating mainly rice. The bul-go-gi was a small portion and the taste was muted. The Bibimbap was probably the best of the 3 but not by much. Prob not coming back unless there are no other options around.

I do not know if it had the same name under the previous owner, but this is definitively not that quaint little restaurant my family and I so loved. Where once I dined often on delicious Korean fare, I am now faced with an establishment that can not seem to deliver on the simplest of their advertised products. On 4 separate occasions I requested a posted menu item and not once did they have kimbap. To add insult to injury the “children” working there were quite rude about it, but I guess customers are not that important, if you do not even care to carry what is on your menu. It is a very sad day when years of fond memories are so completely destroyed and in such a very short period of time, due to false advertising, extremely poor customer service and a failure to fulfill the most basic obligation to what could have been a loyal customer.

Good food, good people, good service
It’s a family run business inside the Assi Plaza Korean market place. Nice sitting arrangement inside and good quality food. We ordered spicy Ramen with seafood and chicken. Amazing dish… Good taste and huge quantity. The price was $8.99. good price for amazing quantity and good food taste.
They make meat ramen with meat cooked separately and just added to the ramen. Hence meat tastes bland. So I like their egg ramen because it’s made together.
I would highly recommend this place.
