We paid the tip before enjoying any service and realizing that the water is self-serving. Overall the coffee is too sweet and the turmeric pancake is okay!
I can see that the store is newly renovated, but it is too internet influenced and lose the Vietnamese authenticity specialty.

Great spot! Stopped in for boba and the mochi donuts also got their special fries, location is adorable and clean. Menu is clear and easy to maneuver. Staff is friendly and helpful. Most importantly, food and drink is delicious!

I ordered dinner from this place through uber eats. The food was packed carefully. The spring rolls were very basic. It was perfectly fried however not greasy. The lemongrass pork banh mi was decent with generous grilled pork inside. The fries were terrible. They were not perfectly fried. Although the seasoning was fine, the fries were so bad in taste.
