The Menomonie Taco Bell is top tier compared to other taco bells around the area. They are fast, nice and their food is always consistent. They also still honor the $1 value menu, which other taco bells have raised the price on.

We ordered online at 12am today. We arrived and we honestly thought the place was closed. There were no lights on that were visible. The only lights on the premises was at the drive-thru which was the menu and the kitchen when we got up to the window. We made sure we had everything but when we got home and opened the food the fries were smushed and soggy the rice which I paid extra for extra rice. There was no extra rice. It was also so dry. It was inedible. The quality of the food was subpar at best. I mean I guess. What do you expect from a Taco Bell. the employees there looked like a bunch of kids who didn’t care about customer service and made me feel unwelcome. When the guy at the drive-thru window saw that I was looking through my order he opened the window stood there and when I rolled down my window I looked at him and he looked like he was pissed off that I was checking my order. Honestly with how bad the food was I would have rather went to Walmart and got a Jack’s or a roma pizza and put it in the oven and ate that. 10/10 do not recommend this place. Go to Walmart and get something there. Almost $40 of inedible food. Thanks Taco Bell for wasting my money. Walmart would have been cheaper and better food. Taco Bell y’all are disgusting.

Consistently ignore requests for alterations made to food. You can request they remove tomato, sour cream, or any other ingredient and they’ll acknowledge it but never do it. It’s beyond frustrating. Don’t even bother going here if you have an allergy or simply prefer an item without an ingredient because they don’t bother listening.

If I could give -stars I would. Order was wrong, didn’t give me the correct change,(.77 cents short). The guy at the window couldn’t dismiss me fast enough and acted like I offended him when I had him reopen the window so I could ask for hot sauce. Then he would only give me 4 packets.

The staff is soooo nice, but 9/10 my order is wrong. I am somewhat regular here (at least 1 time a week and am always nice and friendly with staff), and they always seem to get it wrong. I have mentioned it in the past, and they fixed it, but it would be nice for it to be right the 1st time. Also sometimes it’s not cooked all the way.

Placed an order after midnight, during their last remaining business hour. The order was never made and no communication was sent regarding it. Had to cancel and request a refund. If you cannot keep employees the full business hours posted, don’t list those hours as open. I get we all want to leave jobs early, but 40 minutes early is unacceptable and unprofessional.

I visit this Taco Bell too often and I just wanna say how sweet an amazing they all are. My personal favorite employee is April. Shes always sweet,funny and regardless the day she’s always got a smile on her face. She is beyond polite and definitely needs a raise the way she takes pride in her work the way she does. If you have employee of the month award she definitely more than deserves it. We ALL know that fast food life isn’t easy nor are most people as polite to them as they are to thier customers. It never matter the time of day I go there not one of them have even remotely a bad attitude. Thank you guys for being one of my personal favorite fast food joints and making actual quality food because let’s be real you almost have to go to McDonald’s at a certain time only because you might get the stretch of crew members that put a thumbprint in your Big Mac and find that acceptable. Countless times McDonald’s has done that or has slide my burger through the heat shoot so hard my sandwich slides like a deck of cards. I LOVE YOU ALL MENOMONIE TACO BELL!! ❤ APRIL NEEDS A RAISE!!! ❤
