Place an order on the app, and the order was supposed to be ready at 7:50. But when I got there to pick it up, I was told they only had wings. So I had to wait til 8:15 to get my order. Plus, the mac and cheese side had a piece of plastic in it.

Chicken strips were dry… my chicken sandwich was fresh. But with wayyyy to much mayo. Mayo was every where. Had to wipe it off.

My husband and I frequent a few Church’s locations in the Mid Valley. The location in Elsa is one of the worst ones. We placed our order at the drive thru window because we waited approximately 5 minutes and had to drive up to the window and tap just to get someone’s attention and take our order. We placed 2 ten piece orders. One was for plain tenders & the other was for plain legs & thighs. Turns out neither one of those 10 piece orders could be served complete. We said we could wait for a fresh batch of each one. As it turns out, we got some spicy pieces on both orders without our asking. We did not find out until we got home. It’s not the first time there have been issues with this location. Based on some of the previous reviews you don’t train your people on what customer service is. Common sense was also lacking. I did see someone comment on giving them a raise. In my opinion, a better work ethic should be a prerequisite for getting “A” job. Just showing up and clocking in is not all that’s required to get a paycheck. There is a hand written sign saying customers need to check their orders because once a customer leaves there is nothing that will be done to fix missing items or wrong items. So you are telling customers that you will get what you give them and they will either take it or leave it so just don’t complain because nothing will be done. Guess the best thing is to just go to another place or town to get chicken.

Clean and well staffed. We strolled in at 10 AM and were greeted by friendly faces. Ordering was a breeze and our meal was ready in a timely fashion. The iced tea machine was out of order so maybe consider a soda as your beverage on your next visit. Thank you for the excellent customer service. 5 stars

Placed an order online for pick up. Employees were slow to wait on me. Order was ready, a 10 piece meal with an extra side of okra. When I got home, I found they had not put in my order of okra. I was not happy, but didn’t want to drive back for $3.50. Pluse, it’s always a hassle when you try to call to complain. I am never happy when I don’t get everything I order. The chicken wasn’t bad, but not much flavor. Mashed potatoes were ok, slaw was just ok. Biscuits were pretty good. Not sure we will be back.
