Not a huge fan of the hut, but it was perfect last night. After a long day of sweating and running around the kitchen I finally got home. A bit too late, my girlfriend and I aggressively agreed that pizza was our only option. The thought of dishes and all the efforts put forth to cook something at that time seemed wild and stupid, I would dare say childish. The service from the hut employees was fast, efficient and effective. Thanks hut pizza artists on Lombard you truly made my Friday night!. Our driver, I didn’t catch his name our dogs were barking hysterically but he did a fantastic job at transporting our Za’s. Also was very friendly and easy to talk to. Needless to say after enjoying our pizza meal we crashed right out for the evening watching Netflix with all the animals. Pizza Hut, you did very well for yourself, at least the north Lombard location. We even had some leftover for a late brunch snack on the rainy day afternoon.

It had been a long long time since I had pizza from pizza hut. Thought maybe it would bring back childhood memories. Usually Domino’s or pizza from Costco is the go to but, thought I’d switch it up.
Ordered Halloween night and was severely disappointed. First off, way to expensive for the quality of pizza we received. The two pizzas ordered were very chewy, and also flat. Looked like thin crust but it was stuffed crust. The crust was nice and plump with cheese but the rest of the pizza flat. No fluff at all in the dough. The breadsticks were cold. The wings were a joke, and warm, not hot.
I would have never ordered from here had a known they didn’t have one of their employees deliver the food, instead a random door dash driver which I prefer to not use. So that was also disappointing.
Never again! Domino’s, Costco, and even Red Robin does pizza way better than Pizza Hut. I don’t know if it’s all Pizza Hut locations, but this specific location, the pizza and breadsticks and wings were complete rubbish!

Great staff and Pizza Hut always has great pizza. Love the Super supreme deep dish and a thin crust with Italian sausage. Both of these are my favorites.

First call for put on hold for 14 minutes. Called back to be told I can only use coupons online without inquiring about the order (their website is horrific).
Went to Little Cesar’s instead. Pizza Hut used to be an institution and now look where it’s at – very sad.

Ordered the Beef Brisket Pizza using the Pizza Hut app. I seen the advertised photo and decided to order, ad look perfect, didn’t want to change anything. So I click the Beef Brisket Pizza, what I got was not what I ordered and they left my soda, second time this happened from here. I was asked to call the store, the lady who answered blamed me and said I would need to pay for another pizza to be delivered. Which was not what the driver told me when he came to re-deliver the missing 2-Liter. I then attempt to order the beef brisket and I noticed the ONLY thing that is highlighted is beef. I called back and again and the person there was beyond rude and continued to blame me instead of acknowledging the app error which I was able to re create on my phone and computer. The way they treat customers for their mistakes is unacceptable and I will NEVER order from here again! In St. John’s EVERYONE out pizza’s the hut!

I got a pizza from Pizza Hut today on my way home from work. Vanessa was the manager on duty and she was very patient very professional friendly and knowledgeable. I ordered a large meat lovers Pizza on handcuffed crust and in order of cinnabons. Now I haven’t gotten to the cinnabons yet, but the pizza was hot fresh delicious well made the crust tasted very good. The toppings were just right and tasted very good. Pizza Hut will be my choice next time I want to order a pizza. Thank you Vanessa.

Your Billboard stated that you had a $12.99 lovers.Deal pizza. When I went into order such a deal , they told me it was no longer a promotion , but you failed to take down the sign. Any other business that has a promotional sign out is required to honor such promotions and you have not taken your down and so you are lying to your public. I find this very rude business practice. When asking about it, I was not given any number, I could contact nor would he honor the deal. He simply went out and turned off the sign and said nothing. If this is your idea of good business it’s not right.
