By far the nastiest Burger King I’ve ever been to. They have roaches and I WILL be reporting them to the health board! They also need to learn how to treat people. I’m far from homeless and for them to treat me like shit because i don’t dress like they want me to is absolutely disgusting. Yes I speak English and yes I will be filing complaints with the Colorado Department of Public Health & Environment, Denver Department of Public Health & Environment – Public Health Investigations, Jefferson County Public Health – Food Safety / Environmental Health and Burger King corporate just to make sure you people run a cleaner more healthy establishment.

Worse food ever. Sandwich thrown together. As I was sitting at table a roach walked across the table. Told staff and was literally blown off the lady rolled he eyes and walked off. I left food on table and took the L. Went to McDonald’s. No one cares here. Stay away from this nasty place with even nastier employees. The roach was friendlier..ugh

Went here today and ordered the BBQ Brisket whopper. It looked like it had no brisket on it. Told the employees, they pulled back the cheese with a spoon and showed a tiny bit of meat. I told them I wanted a refund, they said I ordered in the app so I couldn’t get a refund from them. They ended up remaking it and it was exactly the same as before.
Made a complaint in the app. Was offered a $5 coupon, almost half the cost of the item. I said I wanted a refund, they flat out said no.
This isn’t even the first time I have had problems here. In the past they ran out of an item but it wasn’t marked in the app so I just didn’t get it. They would only sub something of less value, so I said no. I complained in the app and they only gave me a coupon that couldn’t be used with any other offers. I couldn’t get my money back. I’m done with this Burger King, and all Burger Kings, really. Can’t trust my money here. I guess I’ll save some cash in the end given the crazy prices these days. Go elsewhere.

Terrible service at this restaurant. All the employees were drunk on December 24th, and the manager was just as bad. I went there and they treated me poorly. When taking my order, they didn’t know what they were doing and took forever to take my order. 0% recommended They need to be reported! Don’t they have security cameras to see what their employees are doing during working hours?

Went today nov 7th at 7:30 lady at the kiosk was very rude . If you don’t like your job then why do you have it . Absurdly rude. And when I got to the window different employee was on her phone and very un welcoming as well. One had like silver hair. The other was a larger women . I come here often and for many years ! Wow just wow. Also missing a fry that I payed for .

Just to let people know to be careful with the ketchup inside the Burger King restaurant. Today at noon we ordered there and ate inside. And when I ate the ketchup, it tasted bitter. Once home, I started having stomach problems, and it was indeed the ketchup that was the problem.

By far the absolute worst Burger King I’ve ever been too. Customer service was terrible, the food was wrong and tasted awful. The employee can’t even speak English. There are roaches, spiders, and the bathrooms are even worse. The woman who helped me was rude, annoying, and over charged me about 10 dollars. Never go here.

While in the drive thru, we were listening to a full blown argument. I would imagine it was a Burger King employee, who was yelling at a itate man, yelling back at her.
While waiting, I remembered why I don’t shop or even stop in the area. Your in District 4, your in the hood. After getting my original chicken sandwich and taking a couple bites and getting the worst part of the lettuce(the core). I threw it back in the bag and was done.

I wasted thirty dollars here in breakfast! All my sandwiches were squished and crushed, you can see the finger prints on them. The large Drive thru lady had an attitude. I am never coming back here again, going to McDonald’s instead.

Omg ….I ordered my food and while I waited went to restroom to wash my hands … The foul order made me throw up . Now I need to wash my hands the Water was Ice cold… which I’m sure is a violation with health department… the breakfast burrito was slapped together half rolled n plz send health dept to inspect this location
