We don’t eat a lot of fast food but, today we stopped by this BK. It was around lunch time and the drive through was packed. So I went inside and there was just one person working the counter and just one working the drive through. These guys were working fast and furious and incredibly great!
Dividing duties together for all the customers drive through and walk ins! They were friendly professional and under a lot of stress but, they just kept on serving and smiling! As I said we don’t eat a lot of fast food but, I’ll come back here to see how hard working great employees make any restaurant a good one! I hope the owners see this review and give this crew including the gang making all the food in the back the accolades they deserve!!

Okay we all know BK , I haven’t been in one in ages….I was surprised by the food quality despite being a fast food. What actually surprised me the most was how great the team was… We went for breakfast food.. way pas the breakfast time, despite they arranged for us to have something breakfasty.. they were kind and welcoming… Keep it up team…

My husband and I waited FOURTEEN minutes for our order, just for the ENTIRE order to be SOGGY and COLD.. $20 WASTED, as neither one of us got to eat our dinner. It went right in the trash. We also couldn’t find a SINGLE clean table either.. I ended up having to clean one off MYSELF!!!! I also like how the employees that take our order at the counter nearly always touch the inside of our cups when they hand them to us.. eww. We’ve dined in on several other occasions just for the same experience. The food ALWAYS comes out awful, and the service is second rate. Another restaurant to add to our “No more visits” list. Why is it SO hard to get good food and decent service in this city?!?! I really need to know..

I’m not sure why this place is so slow but you could fall asleep at the window waiting for your food. It eventually came and it was correct but after sitting and watching them take care of several counter orders while I sat in line at the window with at least five cars behind me, you would think they would want to move drive though orders along at some point. Bring a good book or a pillow to make the drive through wait more enjoyable.

Ordered online, was charged for everything i Ordered. Only half the food was given to me. Refused to give refund for food I didn’t receive. Manager “John” gives me a number to call, they are only open 8-5 m-f. Complained online, I was told its a franchise and manager John Refused refund im offered coupons or nothing.

Standard Burger King experience.
This location is decently clean, not broken down. Staff rotate as often as you expect, but are usually pretty friendly and helpful. Has a play place. There’s a nice part of the seating area that’s a sort of bubble off the side of the building that is kinda neat to sit in.

Cold food. So cold, the cheese didn’t melt. Managers with attitudes. All during night shift. I guarantee the meats were below acceptable temperatures.
