We go through the drive thru and order a Tuna sub, get home and guess what – no tuna on the sub. Just the veggies/condiments, apparently they forgot to go back and add the tuna after toasting. We called and explained and they acted as if they didn’t believe us and refused to refund us over the phone. They made us physically bring the sandwich back- huge inconvenience with a toddler, as stated we had already gotten home. So I go back and the young lady requests the sandwich and proceeds to pick through it like inspector gadget searching to find the tuna that was not there. She then proceeds to throw it in the trash and ask would I like it remade or refunded. No apology whatsoever for their error. I said good customer service would be to offer both, considering you wouldn’t just refund it over the phone and made me physically drive back so you could inspect it. She proceeds to say with attitude, “it’s either or mam.” I said just refund me please, she literally hit a button on the register and said it’s done. She did not need my card or anything, again SOMETHING THAT COULD HAVE BEEN DONE OVER THE PHONE. Why inconvenience someone to that capacity for the error of the store? I asked for the contact information of the person above the manager who was on site that day and I was refused.

This Subway is consistently good. Excellent, fresh veggies. Crisp bread. Lots of drink choices, we really love the lemonade. Staff is always really friendly, even when we grab subs late before closing. Frequent stop for a quick, fresh, light sandwich.

To the General Manager of this establishment, you did a wonderful job hiring Anthony as a Manager. I couldn’t believe he was the manager.
Honestly, I don’t do well with young people, however , the staff that was scheduled for this Saturday, August 31 night shift was phenomenal. They truly taught me, don’t judge the book by its cover and all young people are Not the same. Their customer service skills was on point from the time you walked in until your order was completed.
The most rewarding was watching them change their gloves as they touched different objects while preparing your food. The three of them made sure your order was prepared the way they would have their own , the accuracy of your order was correct, and the team work was on point.
Way to go Subway, these three young people are on their way to management status. Please continue to pour into them where they already have the skills to flourish . I will definitely spend my hard working money here again, as long as this customer service team is scheduled.

I commend the two young men that stepped up and helped my husband out tonight! I sent him with the list and Antoine and Anthony Kindly accepted the challenge. My Subway came nicely wrapped once opened the presentation was a 10. The sandwich was made with love and with a passion for a helpless husband with a list.
My husband noted that they enjoyed their job and treated him very well. We will definitely be coming back. The sandwich was fresh, delicious and Hit spot!

Just getting off work I didn’t feel like cooking so I wanted something that I knew would fill me up so I decided to go to Subway my sandwich was terrible I hardly had any steak there were old lettuce out and fresh lettuce of course you know she gave me the old lettuce it was already turning colors. I didn’t realize that until I got home. Would not recommend no one to go there if they’re getting a steak sub..
