I love the freshly sourced ingredients and inventive flavor combinations. Highly recommend! Be patient as there was only one server when we went but the food was well worth the wait- 10/10 would come back again!

Great downtown restaurant. We had a smoked beef sandwich, hot chicken sandwich, turkey bacon gouda sandwich, butter fries, kale slaw, and turkey & dumplings soup. Everything was delicious and everyone was happy with their food. Best turkey sandwich ever. Butter fries are so good. Super friendly service and the prices are beyond reasonable.

Lots of different options to choose from on the menu but it is not an overwhelming amount.
Great location downtown! For being a café, the food is great. Our waitress was very attentive (although we were the only table in there since it was 6:00pm on a Friday) and our food came out quick.

Excellent food! Plenty of gluten-free and vegetarian options. I had a Nashville Chicken Sandwich. The chicken was tender and juicy. The chips were crispy with a nice flavor. The waitress was attentive and friendly. My whole family said they’d eat there again.

Quaint Cafe in downtown Toledo. Would have been able to give them a five-star however the service was very slow today. Went during brunch hours on a Sunday. Maybe a third of the tables had patrons. However, it took 40 minutes for us to get our food. Unacceptable. Fire a table of two. However, they did explain that they only had one cook. On to the good side.

Food was very eclectic, very flavorful, and piping hot when it came out. The waitress was very friendly and checked on us several times while we were waiting. I think she could tell we were getting very frustrated at how long we were waiting for such a small crowd and she did try to address it. I ordered the mower dish on the picture. The wife ordered the top dish on the picture. The wife’s dish was a root vegetable hash. It had a very good flavor. Kind of a sweetness to it. It did come with a Chipotle style sauce but my wife is not a fan of sauces. I tried it and liked it. She tried it and thought it was spicy. This is a vegan dish okay and even I liked it. And I am a meat and potatoes guy. My dish was a sausage and spinach bowl, that also had potatoes and egg and a hefty dose of parmesan. It also came with onions which I had removed but I’m sure it would have tasted great with onions. Overall, the atmosphere is very antique/ modern. The food was delicious. The service as far as the waitress is seemed fine. However, the negative comes in for the weight. Overall I would suggest giving them a shot as they are hiring a second chef. We were told. And hopefully service will become quicker.

My first time to Adam’s Street Cafe. We had the entire place to ourselves for our Movers and Shakers meeting. Thanks to our leader Claudette Davis. Approximately 20 guys and gals at this meeting. Several issuing due to bad weather. It was a Monday evening. Pleasant servers. The owner was asked “do you have bands play here?”
The reply was, “No, but we would like to.” I made a call. Hit & Run’s band manager, Joe C., will get right on it. He has always liked that restaurant. I will gladly return.

My wife and I were looking for a restaurant near the Great Lakes Museum as there was not a thing at Tony Pacos that she could eat. Googled ‘Gluten-Free’ and this place popped up, and we were glad it did. I had a turkey Rubin and she had a salad and they were both great, fresh, and tasty. You could tell the kitchen really cared about what was served, the waitress was great, and they had a beer I have never had before. All in all, an excellent experience.

Went here with my daughter about 1:00 on a Monday and had a great experience. Food quality was exceptional, and loved the ambiance of the place. Great art on the walls and kind and fast service. We had the chicken and waffles, the smoked pork breakfast bowl, and fries (see photo):

Great place! Food was amazing. Prices were good. And we must’ve came at a great time too, considering we were the only people here. Such a neat little spot with a variety of options. As a vegetarian, going to new restaurants is somewhat of a chore because I never know what my options will be. However, I absolutely loved the food I was able to order here. The staff was friendly and helpful and it was a really pleasant experience. Definitely will recommend in the future.
