Update 1/26
Stopped by again for lunch. They were just as delicious as the first time I visited in my original review below. Go show your Venezuelan neighbors some love!

Delicious! They’d been on my bucket list for a while and I finally go to try them out today. Upon first entering, the establishment was super clean and spacious, the kind of space that seemed like it would be perfect for a small corporate event or non-stuffy party rental. (not sure if they offer it, just saying the space seemed perfect for it). It was spotless, really. The woman behind the counter passed me their menu and when I made my selections, she was super upbeat and cheerful with myself and other guests, kids included. I ordered takeout and everything I had was fantastic. Their Tequeños and the two empenadas I had were fabulous, and everything tasted super fresh.

Absolutely worth a visit!!!

We traveled from Florida and decided to try this place and it did not disappoint! They even opened early so we didn’t have to wait, which was such a kind gesture. The food was freshly made, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. The vibe is just as memorable as the meal: great music, vibrant decor, beautiful artwork, and a welcoming energy that ties it all together. Excellent food, excellent service. We’ll definitely be back!

All around a great time and one of the few restaurants in the area. We got there 30 minutes before closing, but the woman (owner?) behind the counter was super welcoming and attentive. Food came out quickly and tasted great. Decor is very industrial-loft like, but the art and banners helped soften and liven-up the space. We’d totally stop here again when in town.

This restaurant is fantastic! The ambiance is wonderful, the food tastes incredible, and the service is efficient with a side of cheerfulness. We stumbled into this place after a long Saturday afternoon at the City Museum and I’m so glad that we did. I’ve never eaten at a Venezuelan restaurant and it didn’t disappoint. The Venezuelan platter was great and the sampler was yummy. Some of the best plantains I’ve had in years. The only teeny, tiny negative is no fountain soda. Don’t sleep on this gem! Get over there and try it yourself.

I had an incredible dining experience here. The Pabellón was truly amazing—the beef was perfectly tender and the flavors were authentic and well-balanced. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was welcoming. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a delicious and genuine taste of Venezuelan cuisine. I will definitely be back.

This was an easy five stars across the board. Amazing food, service, and atmosphere. When preparing for our trip to St. Louis, this was on the list of top restaurants to visit, and it exceeded expectations. I hadn’t had Venezuelan food before, so decided on a sample platter that had a little bit of everything. The arepa was light, flavorful, and amazing. The cachapas — I would describe them as savory corn pancakes; similar to cornbread but more delicate and flavorful — were stellar. Everyone was friendly and helpful. My only regret is that we don’t have it back home in Chicago so that I can become a regular customer.

This has been on my list for a while now to go visit. It was so good plenty of space. The atmosphere was great and big. Even if there were a ton of people it would be perfect. The food was fresh and tasty.

So delicious! Even my kids cleared their plates! The shredded beef was so tasty! I might have to move to St Louis so I can eat here more often! Yeah, it’s that good! The restaurant is beautiful and decorated in such a beautiful way! Giant windows light up the entire place with natural light. The entire place was super clean, too.
We stepped out of the city museum for lunch. So glad we did!

My experience was amazing! I went with a few girlfriends and the food and staff were top tier. I got the chicken burrito and could barely finish it( love leftovers) I shared a few shots with my friends and the owner was so kind. The cook definitely does his thing in the kitchen! We will definitely be back ♥️
