It was a cold Thursday morning, and the store was hopping. Skylar was multi tasking and taking care of many things. He was very polite, understanding and on his game, suggesting favorite drinks and donut flavors. The recommendations were spot on. I was wearing a Santa hat and just bringing overall cheer to waiting customers. It was an enjoyable time in this store. The entire staff was kind and courteous!!!

Every time i leave this Dunkin im disappointed. They are always confused on my orders and im constantly having to repeat myself. I’ve done schedule ahead pick ups- set to be ready at 7:50 so i can be at work by 8 since my job is only 3 mins away, and still always end up leaving by 8. The drive is expected to be long in the morning, but even when it is not- like today- they are frantic and running around confused. Last week, i told her my name was Keyara 4x and an employee tried to tell me she couldnt find my order. No, she just couldnt comprehend my name was staring at my name right in front of her. Im insterting of my “loaded” hash browns. Idk where, one squirt of cheese is loaded but….

I don’t believe I have ever had such a bad experience in a fast food place. I ordered two hot lattes and got two iced lattes. the hot lattes I received in return, tasted more like a splash of milk with black coffee. tasted bitter and barely could drink it. the hash browns tasted like burnt shrimp as if they reused month old oil from a run down bar. I order two hashbrowns and got one semi-full and one completely empty except for some crumbs from whatever was in the fryer. literally an empty bag. the croissants were slapped together in such a poor manner, it felt like it came from the gutter. we had to toss away most of our meal, if you want to call it that. by far the worst fast food I have ever experienced in westfield. pure hot garbage.

DO NOT CHOOSE THIS LOCATION!!!! I have given this Dunkin location numerous chances to surprise me and it is the same experience every time, whether I am ordering on Door Dash or at the physical store. Apparently incompetence is a hiring qualification for this location. I have had missing food items more than twice on Door Dash and have had to be refunded. I get sugar water in a cup and have to repeat my order at the drive thru window often when I’m the only vehicle there. The only food item I’ve ever ordered from here are the bagels. One is always is burnt to an inedible point without a doubt. I keep thinking if I go a different day, the service might be better, but I’ve officially reached the point where I will never go again. Would rather drive 30 mins to another location! Go here if you love inconsistency and spending your money on garbage

Came here today through drive thru at 7:18pm they close at 8pm. I asked for a six dollar meal deal. The person on on the intercom promptly said, the food is put up we only have donuts. Weird and unprofessional. Felt like laziness. I always order from a different location around the same time with no issues. A little professionalism goes a long way.

When you order a large and the almost the whole cup is nothing but ice… when you take out almost all the ice….this is what’s left…. So essentially you’re paying for a small at the large price… this is worse than Starbucks… got me once… no thanks! And businesses can’t figure out why people don’t want to buy their products…

This Dunkin had the most disgusting stench to it, I couldn’t even eat inside. It was so bad. They also forgot my coffee, and I had to come back and ask for it. The donuts and muffins were extremely crusty and dry, and they hardly had any variety and were not willing to make more.

Ordered the frozen smore coffee. Apparently they were “out of the frozen” but he could make and iced smoke coffee. Does the Frozen come in pre-made?
The hashbrowns looked a bit overcooked but were cold and soggy.
Definitely not a good experience.
The guy who took my order looked like he hated his job and really didn’t want to do anything with effort.
The iced coffee was good so I gave 2 stars.. But not what I had wanted.

Bought breakfast for my family and was trapped here for 45 minutes. I asked multiple times to multiple people for a status on our order and was reassured it was being made; only to find they had lost our ticket and had not made any of our food. I asked for a refund so I could continue on with my day and the manager refused and said I had to wait for my food.
Horrible service, horrible atmosphere, horrible management.

I ordered two of the same coffees- large frozen coffee, coffee syrup, Carmel, and French vanilla. One tasted good, and the other like burnt coffee. I went in to ask if I could just get a refund for the one that tasted absolutely horrible and had one sip gone from me trying it. The lady behind the counter was so rude, and yelled through the store “they want a refund? how the hell do they expect us to refund a coffee” with children in the store. She said a couple other comments but I was so flabbergasted about how rude she was that it took me by surprise. Super loud, super ignorant, and super disappointing. Hopefully people steer clear so you don’t have to have my experience.
