Reviews
The tacos here pretty much come with only meat and you add the toppings yourself which looked quite fresh though I’m not sure I’d trust them in very hot weather. I wish the toppings had signs saying which were spicy since I would up adding toppings that were too hot for my palate despite avoiding the obvious like jalapeños. That said, the steak taco was great and two good sized tacos (if you add toppings) for $6 is a bargain for the area. Weird location but walkable from my hotel. Would try again.
I would suggest ubering if dark areas scare you cause this place is in the cut.
The staff was very friendly and the service was quick.
The portion sizes were really good and very tasty.
I couldn’t finish my burrito so it make two meals for me.
I loved the sprite bottle.
Mariella’s Tacos by LAX, divine!
Authentic flavors, crafted bold and clear,
Each bite a masterpiece, every taste a sign.
The shrimp tacos stole my heart with ease,
A dance of spice and tender ocean’s kiss.
Wrapped in warm tortillas, they aim to please,
A true taquería’s taste I’d surely miss.
Oh, had that wise old man, atop Coit’s peak,
Who fainted high above San Francisco’s bay,
Revived with these tacos—so bold, unique,
He’d rise again, for flavors bright as day.
Five stars for Mariella’s, a taco shrine,
Where flavor, spice, and love so pure combine.
Great little taco spot you can get food late.. The staff was friendly and food came fast… Wasn’t expensive. It’s tucked away in this little dark area but it’s lit up around the truck. My wife and I walked from the Hilton which was 15 min to try this spot. Definitely worth it
Ordered burrito supreme. Wow. Did it hit the spot. May be it was the cross country flight and 30 min wait at the fox rental car line. Or may be it’s just darn good!
Go check it out. Will be taking another burrito with me on my way to LAX after returning the rental car!
