The location doesn’t do it justice! Swole Food is a whole aesthetic by itself but the food is not only yummy but fresh and healthy! The service could stand to be a little better, I can’t lie, but they are friendly enough if you talk to them but don’t expect them to start any conversations.

Had a very fresh and wholesome salad bowl. You can customize your own. About the healthiest and tastiest thing to eat in El Dorado! They have a variety of fresh made smoothies that i will try next time. The service was awesome as well!

I really appreciate all the thoughtful, healthy options at Swole Foods—especially the gluten-free choices. It’s clear this is a more high-end spot, and I’m okay with that. I ordered a smoothie and avocado toast, which came out to nearly $20, and I was fine with the price given the quality and niche offerings.
What left me a bit frustrated, though, was being charged $1.65 for a small cup of plain water for my child—especially after purchasing other items. I understand there are costs associated with cups, ice, and straws, but it felt off-putting to be charged for basic water on top of a larger order. It’s a small thing, but it left an impression.
That said, the food is great, and I do plan to return—I just hope the water policy might be reconsidered for customers already placing full-price orders.

I stopped by for my first time and decided on the grilled shrimp wrap. I was not disappointed, it was delicious, very tasty. I’m only in town for a short period of time, so I’m hoping to drop back in and try something else that I know has to be just as delicious. My order was to go.

I am active military at home in El Dorado on transition leave to a new duty station. I search for healthier food options when I’m not able to prepare my own food. I entered this location and all three employees behind the counter looked at the entrance and no one greeted me. So I openly gave a “Hey, how is everyone today”. I rarely feel my skin tone is an issue but I unfortunately believe this was case bc the other Caucasian customers even those in drive through were greeted with cheerful tones. To a point the male in the kitchen came up front and engaged in a conversation with an older customer but said nothing to me, even when he was at the register as I was attempting to pay for a protein cookie. The 1 lady that assisted me was nice and explained the rewards process in-depth and took my money over the males shoulder that was again standing at the register. Money is all the same in my opinion and I prefer to spend my hard earned money at locations that treat customers professionally regardless of their appearance. Having traveling the world, there are obvious incidents but it hurts more when it is at my hometown. I ordered a steak and rice bowl, paid .50 for 4 thinly sliced cucumbers and I am sadden to report the food was mediocre, the rice was good but I think the customer service dampened my overall experience which resulted in my food being lower than what I expected.

I love this place! All things smoothie here are my absolute favorite. Especially their smoothie bowls and I get them often 🙂 I love them with strawberries, granola and chocolate chips x2. I did notice today that my smoothie bowl had the mini chocolate chips. I sure hope you all keep the regular size chocolate chips lol they are my favorite on the smoothie bowl!
