I live in Kettle and have to travel 10 miles one way to Colville for fast food. My order was a fairly large one. When returning back home with our food it was completely someone else’s order and not anywhere close to our order. I really feel strongly about not having to check my bag after receiving it for the establishment and trained workers should have that’s covered before handing order over to the customer. I had to return back and was very disappointed with management, for I called before returning and she was fully aware of the situation and did nothing to compensate me for their incompetence at all. I did receive the food I ordered but no acknowledgment for the complete inconvenience it caused or any reimbursement of anything at all. They did ask if I wanted the wrong food order tho, but I had NO desire of what it was.

Best place for FAST food. The drive thru is very fast compared to all the others in town. The guy who runs the drive thru at night (Justin ) is a super nice dude and remembered my name. They nail it every time. -Nate

The staff here was amazing! We brought 3 high school basketball teams in 30-45 minutes before they closed to eat before our road trip home. The restaurant brought extra staff in to to get us fed quickly before our return trip home. They were incredibly fast, efficient, and the food was great! Thanks for taking on such a large group so late!!

I gave them three stars for being open late hours. Besides that I have ran into multiple issues with getting my meal. I’ve also had to go back to the store for a whole new order because it was overcooked. Every burrito is supposed to be the same length in size but last night me and my husband ran into a size difference in burritos. It was the grilled cheese burrito at that. I have seen my meals overdone, my Mexican pizza squished and not properly put together, not enough food that it says supposed to be on there, is not on there and they do not cut it all the way or cut it at all. I get covid-19 is happening and everything but it does not mean it messes with what you do on a normal basis for your job. If you need a quick easy let’s get a meal and go, go here
