Little Caesars is 1 of my top 2 pizza joints. Younger employees, but and miss with customer service and making your pizza the way you want, but when they do….. Perfect. To understand why getting my pizza correct isn’t usually done is the lite Marinara sauce. To me this is equivalent to biting into a burger and they’re being way too much mayonnaise.

I deliver for DoorDash, and I made sure to tell the employees who I was there for. I sat there waiting for 10 minutes for this persons food only to glance up and see they had put it in the freaking portal thing without bothering to tell me it was ready. This was incredibly annoying since I ended up being penalized for the late delivery. Please encourage your employees to actually pay attention to which order they are handling rather than just throwing it in the pizza portal without a care. I know many other delivery drivers have the same issue. It’s so simple of a change, that makes everyone’s lives easier

This place is VERY hit or miss. The boys in the back were yelling and swearing about customers coming in 30 minutes before closing. As someone who has many years experience in the restaurant/food industry it shouldn’t be acceptable to publicly display that behavior so obviously to where customers can hear you.
The “crazy” bread sometimes comes unseasoned so it was pretty boring to eat. The pizza usually doesn’t come fully cut.
I will cut some slack here though it’s good if you like cheap greasy pizza I just have higher expectations, because of previous experiences.
The lady at the front was good at her job and also seemed tired of the people in the back of the kitchen being rude.

Ordered online it was wrong Devon Smith the supervisor on duty was incredibly rude. Said he couldn’t find our order then did and said it was right. Kept interrupting me amd insulting and calling me name’s for being autistic when I was trying to explain,then said he found the right order but the only way to get the right order was to drive to the store to pick up witch defies the purpose of delivery. When we did drive to pickup the correct order he actually laughed in my face when I said i called his boss and told me he’ll still be there tomorrow. I had to call two other stores to get the managers contact because Devon refused to give it to me. I have never had such rude service.
I talked to the manager of the whatcom county locations Mike Juman who said that what Devon did was wrong and he would have the owner of the store call me.
Hopefully they didn’t spit our food.
I’ll update if the owner ever contacts me, but im not holding my breath.
We will never order from this place again and will warn everyone we know.
I work at a local store close to this one so I’ll tell all my customers not to go here.
Please check the reviews apparently this place as been a problem for a minute. We should have done our research and ordered coconut Kenny’s or domino’s instead if we wanted pizza with good service and not a side of blatant disrespect and discrimination.

I ordered a stuffed crust with extra cheese and sauce. There was no extra cheese and NO sauce at all! The whole pizza was stiff like cardboard.

Absolutely terrible customer service – they get your order wrong – even on a non customised basic item – terrible service run by kids – who lack customer service skills. Be aware if you want your order snafued.

The service is great here! The two people I talked to was Madison and Timothy. They both had great customer service! The pizza and breadsticks were fresh! I would most definitely recommend coming here!

Got pizza & cheese bread here a few months back, got food poisoning. I thought it was the cheese bread that got me sick so I didn’t go back…recently I got pizza again to give them the benefit of the doubt in hopes they improved, but got food poisoning AGAIN. I don’t think their food is safe to eat tbh. Definitely will not be coming back to this place since this happened the 2nd time
