So I went to order their Chicken Cantina Bowl. All orders are placed at two kiosks for indoor dining. I had no problem with this except you cannot get a receipt without giving up personal information. You can either have the receipt texted or emailed to you. Or the third option, which is “no receipt”. So I chose “no receipt” and hoped for the best! Unfortunately, my Chicken Cantina Bowl was a bit on the bland side. I was expecting the food to be more flavorful, which I don’t blame on the employees, I am guessing this is what most people prefer.

Horrible food and service. Can’t even put selected items/ ingredients in a burrito. Ordered 7 layers burrito with add ons and they only put rice, beans and lettuce. Went again to make them remake again, still same thing. Went 3rd time and they charged me again for it. Stay away from it if possible. Bad bad service.

Got a mobile order from this place and they can’t even get that right, I got a combo where they neglected and forget to give me a chalupa’s ordered, as well as a Dorito Taco. I have tried contacting this store, and corporate and nothing. I even tried calling corporate several times and nothing. This Taco Bell is brand new and already it’s become bad with terrible service.

Visited Taco Bell with a lot of expectations. The food turned out to be average, but the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The outlet wasn’t crowded, which made the experience more relaxed. Plus, free parking in the area is a big convenience.

Its been so long since I been to a Taco Bell and they just opened this one so decided to stop in because I didn’t feel like cooking. When I arrived I went through the drive-thru and there was only one car ahead of me. I was served by a pleasant cashier. I had no clue Taco Bell had so many vegan/vegetarian options. I ordered the black bean crunch wrap with no cheese and a black bean chalupa no cheese. It came to about $7.30 total. When I got home I dug in and the crunch wrap wasn’t really good. The chalupa wasn’t bad and the hot sauce wasn’t so hot. All in all I had an ok experience.

This was a drive-thru order. The service was quick and fast, they were friendly. HOWEVER, the main complaint I have is about the food. This food has got to be one of the worst Taco Bell’s in the country. The food I received was wrong in so many ways, multiple tacos were supposed to be fresco, however was not given, as we were given non fresco for all the items. There’s also an issue with the portioning. There’s way too little filling to pay upwards of 6.99 for a grilled cheese burrito. Maybe around a 70% tortilla to 30% filling ratio. The tacos werent much better. And c’mon man, Taco Bells are ment to put a bunch of sauces in your bag and we requested sauces and gotten none. Extremely dissapointed in the quality. Will probably go to another Taco Bell location nearby as I really don’t like this Taco Bells quality.

Went to Taco Bell in linden NJ on 4/28 at 10:00 pm. The Doritos tacos were good but tiny no meat the Cheesy Gordita chicken crunch was very cold and stale barely any chicken, the chicken quesadilla only had a few tiny pieces of chicken in the very middle it was all wrap and sauce not even cheese, the fries they told us we have to wait for the fries to cook they gave us like 6 pieces of fries not even 1/4 of the bag. The girl at the window told us to back up before the window for the fries to be ready which was weird then when we pulled up after a few min they didn’t even acknowledge us and were talking and laughing.

The guy at the drive through was so nice and pleasant. 8/21/25 @12:30am. Food was hot and fresh. The soda was actually Pepsi and not seltzer water with flavor. And service was quick and pleasant. Thank you ☺️

Store hours are shown to be until 10 pm for indoor orders. I came at 9 pm and doors were closed. Called te store and was told, this was because they only have 3 staff members and were understaffed. The drive thru line was more than 9 cars long and waited 45 minutes. Atleast their drivethru should be quicker knowing that they are only taking drive thru orders.
