Food was great, customer service, not so much!! Ordered the Detroit-Style slices-n-stix combo with a Pepsi online….when I asked for the side of crazy sauce, the woman argued that it’s either the drink or the sauce but not both!?!? Then with an attitude stated “it’s whatever, just take the sauce you’re supposed to pay for”……what kind of customer service is this? I shared a picture of my receipt that clearly states everything I was to receive……please fix this LCP, your customers shouldn’t feel like a burden when picking up their food!!

There was beauty in the air when I walked in. The glory of walking into Little Ceasers is always a moment to remember.
They are great at making pizzas, they are polite and reflect the beauty in society that we must also reflect. The working class has the best representation here with the diverse community and amazing music they play. I am always welcomed. The professionalism echoes throughout the area and the pizza is delightful.
They give you free things, perhaps due to the ‘long wait’ as they like to call it. I never wait long but they assure the quality and experience just by doing this.
The Pepsi is the best. It tastes different here and I am simply mesmerised.

LCP is MUCH MUCH IMPROVED. I will order at least 1 – 2 a month. Maybe more. Cheese, dough, plenty of sauce, and pepperoni is PERFECT! OMG- stuff crust..wow- dip in the sauce. I went in the morning at 1040am. The ladies are helpful. Its a take out, no dine in. Clean and CLEAN at QUINCY & BUCKLEY!

Twice I ordered from here, both times disappointed. Once I ordered the pretzel crust pizza & when I checked because I always do before I leave (you need to do this before you walk away) there wasn’t any pretzel on there. Well the receptionist went back there & threw the can of garlic butter to the point where it was greasy. I thought about complaining again but it would be worse than the first. These workers here are just here to get paid not to provide a fresh pizza to the customers order. 2nd time the deep dish was burnt & I asked if they could re do it, well I’m pretty sure they just flipped it & made me wait 15min plus the following night I had cramps & the runs (enterotoxigenic e coli), needless to say these people do not wash their hands. I don’t believe all LC are like this but I won’t be coming back to this location. Husband ordered to the wrong location & we got more burnt pizzas, I would have returned them, they looked old too. Despicable, should see the reviews what are they doin?!

Located in Buckley Palace (Quincy & Buckley), this is a spot. When you walk inside, you see so many unique people waiting for their food inside. The employees usually play music while grinding out a ridiculous amount of pizzas. The best thing about it is the customer service. They will fix any mistake and treat you respecfully, but I do recommend as with all lil Caes’ that you check your food at the counter in case they made one. This crew works hard and is feeding so many locals every day. I wonder why there’s so many low reviews. People obviously come back here a lot, and you see it. Very busy spot.
I recommend the Thin Crust Pepperoni. It’s kinda of a texture thing for me, but so good too. Keep up the good work!

Lil Caesars was great. I had ordered a pizza for pickup and my car decided not to start. I called them and told them I was detained but will pick up the pizza asap. They kept it in the warming oven for me! I must say they were very polite and very helpful

I tried to order as usual with the app, but it wasn’t working. I ordered through the website but got an error saying there was an issue and I needed to call the store. Called and put in the order for pickup. When I went in, I waited behind two other customers. When it was my turn, after about 5 to 10 minutes, the guy said they had gotten my online order and the phone in order. So I had already paid. My pizzas were sitting on a cold rack. What I failed to do was look at the order. When I got home, I found that I had the 5 meat pizza, but the sausage and mushroom pizza was pepperoni and jalapeno. I did not want to run back, but the jalapeno was too spicy for my daughter to eat. I called, and they said that they still had the original order and I could come in and pick that one up. I asked for a fresh one since it was sitting on the rack for 30 minutes by that time and was going to take me at least 15 minutes to get there again. They said ok, so i drove another 15 minutes to get a new one. The woman behind the counter recognized me by name and went to the back to get my pizza. I assumed it was a fresh one. I checked and made sure it was sausage and mushrooms. When I got home, the pizza was sticking to the cardboard. There was cheese under the crust. It appears that they just took the original and heated it up again.

The pizza was raw, paper thin in the middle, and cut by a blind folded 5 year old. Get it together! I wouldn’t even expect this if it were a hot n ready which you never seem to have anymore. I never not eaten a bad pizza, this was so bad it wasn’t even edible.
