Staff is Too Good but?? Picked up food for my grandson. Customer service is quite crappy. Not the cleanest place, but not filthy either. Got cookies for my granddaughter and me for the ride home. Not warm, not fresh either. If you want good cookies, go to McDonald’s.

I got robbed here. Employees robbed me. Took my money told me to wait in parking lot and closed the store an hour later while I was waiting. Next day I went in to say I was robbed. Manager told me she won’t give me my money back because her register would be short. She told me if I had an issue to call the cops. Wow they need to shut this place down. I’d give no stars if possible. I ordered from their website for delivery . When my dasher arrived the claimed they were out of EVERYTHING. pies. Fries . Meat. Coca cola . And worst thing is I’m still hungry because I never received my order because they claimed they were out of everything and I can’t even get a refund . I tried to cancel the order no cancellation button 2 different dashers went there and they are still going there currently and I’m still hungry and can’t get a refund so I can go elsewhere to get food.

Very nice staff everything was made fresh to order. However, my original chicken sandwich somehow tasted like fish and then I ordered a whopper with onion rings. The onion rings tasted nasty even though they were fresh and the whopper on the bottom had a soggy bun like I said, can’t complain about the upfront staff. Everybody was nice. They made everything fresh. I don’t know what is going on with this particular one, but They need to change. Whoever is managing the kitchen part of it

I have come to this location too many times to pick up my online order, and in stead of getting it from the drive through window, I am told to drive around the building to the parking lot. I asked the person who brought out the otder why this happens. She told me some stupid reason that they are on a timer. Well, in that case they are creating a false sense of their speed of service and don’t see how it’s an inconvenience to have to drive back around the building. Also, they constantly get orders wrong. Today, I ordered 2 Whopper Jr.s. I realize it’s a small burger but they can be better dressed. I asked for EXTRA onions and pickles and got what I would say is the regular amount (2 -3 pickles and rings). I only asked for NO ketchup or mustard but also didn’t get any tomatoes which I expected and wanted and barley any lettuce.

Took a long time for everything. We just wanted some water & a milkshake. They went crazy on being lazy. I don’t understand. Why work if you gone move slow & not care about the customer. Rate from an out of towner is a 2/10.

My husband and I love burger King. We go to the same one everytime. I love the coupons that come in mail. The food is always nice and hot. Some things are double or triple cooked which make it tough for people with dentures. But other than that we love it and would recommend this specific burger King to everyone. The staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. Keep up the amazing work.

Extremly unprofessional. You got employees laughing and telling secrets to each other and workers bring in their kids running around with no shoes on. The cook has a beard and no hair net and is dripping sweat cause they got no A/C. Also people are just coming and going out of the kitchen. Bathrooms were also horrible. Disgusting place, even by BK’s standards.
