The gentleman that took my order was very nice. This was my first time trying this location. My food didn’t take long, however , while I was waiting. There was a young lady with blonde hair that came into her shift, sat on the drive-through window and put her feet up on the serving area, and got on her phone. While I understand being on your phone occasionally. Especially when you first get to work to make sure everything is good before you start your shift. I, however, do not condone putting your dirty shoes up on anything customers’ food comes into contact with. You just walked through a dirty parking lot and into the building with those shoes! They should not be on ANY surface. In a restaurant. Especially if you work there. IN FULL VIEW OF CUSTOMERS And food is prepared there.

I stopped by tropical smoothie cafe today as i’ve never had it before. I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie and a flat bread. The food and the smoothie were amazing but I do have one thing to say about the employees at this location. I noticed a young lady with blonde hair, in a black hoodie and a pair of shorts. I didn’t even noticed she was an employee because of the fact she was sitting on the floor, not in uniform nor could I see her name tag. Not only was she on her phone the entire time, she seemed very annoyed with me and I felt as if I was unwelcome. Other than that, the store was very clean and my items were handed to me in a very timely manner.

I have always loved the smoothies, today I got a salad and my daughter had a sandwich. They were amazing! The girl at the window was very pleasant and our order was ready in no time. This is one of my go to places. Always clean inside, and friendly staff. I love this place!!!

First time customer and probably won’t be back! Customer service was horrible unfortunately. Only car in the line and had to wait to place my order. Told her I had two separate orders get up to pay and the girl charges one card for both orders. She did apologize but I said I had separate orders three times. She hands me our drinks and doesn’t say a word…not have a good day or thanks for stopping. Smoothie was ok but only offer one size which in my opinion is enough for two people. Unfortunately, bad customer service was not a good first impression of this business.

Had a bad experience on 5/18/2025 where we used the Tropical Smoothie online order/delivery option (directly on their website). The correct order was not delivered. When we called to try to resolve the issue we were told only the manager could handle the dispute and that they were not in to deal with the issue, and promised to get a call back. We called back 30 minutes later as we had not heard anything yet and still waiting on food at work, same story. Never heard back and charge is still on my credit. Will have to contact them to get it resolve I guess.

I love this place. Cheap healthy fast food. If you end up eating here, make sure you get their app the rewards add up quickly and will get you free smoothies and other sweet treats.

Usually love going to this tropical smoothie cafe as I have never had any issues before. Today I went to get my usual and a man named Vincent took my order, both me and my friend felt extremely rushed and when we asked to split our orders because I had made the mistake of not saying so prior, this man rolled his eyes, sighed, then said yes. This interaction made me-the customer-feel bad for asking for my order to be split. It then took almost 8 minutes before my 2 açaí bowls came out and of course the girl working was also rude when handing me my food. Very disappointed.

Went to my local tropical smoothie on Friday… had a below average experience. My smoothie was alright, it needed to be blended (more it had little chunks of ice in it). The other thing that bothered me was that the young lady (I think named Leytica) who made my smoothie had a weed vape sticking out of her back pocket. Beyond that it was alright, but probably won’t go back.
