Went in with my baby (1.5 years old) and the barista was just so sweet to her 🙂 we got a cookie, & I was able to feed my daughter some puree by the cute fireplace there. She was crawling around on the floor (pretty empty in the shop today) really enjoyed her adventure! I think Kiera was the baristas name. Very kind. Great attitude. Atmosphere is so peaceful here. 🙂
Terre coffee has amazing coffee and consistently great service. Their baked goods are also very yummy and baked fresh daily!
The family who owns it is very sweet and genuinely care about their community.
There’s coloring stuff for kids and games for anyone wanting to spend quality time in a cozy atmosphere with top quality drinks. The Government Way location is particularly quaint with multiple nooks for small groups or single people (introverts, hear me?) to feel comfortable to stay as long as you’d like.
Their spiced mocha and pumpkin bread make a perfect pair!
There was one person ahead of us ordering, it took about 5-10 minutes for them to take our order.
After they took our order, they served the next 4-5 people who ordered behind us, completely forgot our order.
We finally asked what was going on to someone in charge, they stepped up and I saw them quickly make our order. It took about 25 min for them to make our order after skipping us.
Our “hot” drinks were barely luke-warm, and the center of the muffin was uncooked and just batter.
Nice atmosphere, but the poor service, the drinks being far below standard, and the food being sub-par, I would not recommend this place.
Altogether good atmosphere, would come here again.
