I went through the drive thru 12-3-25 at about 1:30. The folks in the drive thru were the most polite and welcoming people I’ve seen in a drive thru for some time. If you are the owner of this establishment, you should be very proud of your staff.

The phone number is ALWAYS BUSY! You can never get through to them on the phone any time of day! And the last few times I’ve ordered they always forgotten some part of it!
And today they shoved 4 combo meals 1 large onion ring and a Philly chicken wrap all into one bag! I attached photos! And they had us waiting on fresh onion rings just To forget to give them to me! Then had me pull up once again after they’re the ones who forgot to put them in the bag!!! We heard the alarm go off for the onion rings lol the guy just said sorry bout that as he gave us the rest the order. But I was 15 min after we got the first one! Food as coke squished and too much hassle by the time we got home and we live literally 3 miles from bk!

The date is Wednesday, July 16th at 12:15pm. The lady that had at the drive through was extremely impatient. We told her we wasn’t ready yet and then when we started our order, we asked our toddler what she wanted and she told us to our total before we was done with our order after we have told her 3 different times we wasn’t ready nor that was was finished.

Good food but I don’t know why they will never hand me my food through the actual drive-thru window, every single time I’ve been to this location they make me pull forward and wait in the parking lot or wait at the front of the gas station area so that they can bring me my food. They don’t put napkins in the bag but they do offer my son a crown when we come.

Used the drive-thru at prime lunch time. Service was quick but no ketchup. I noticed the bag was mildly warm. 3 minute drive home. Food was barely warm. Whopper was OK but not fresh like the one I had a few days earlier at Corbin. The chicken sandwich was cold and tasted and smelled bad so it went in the trash after one bite. I ate my whopper, not great. Fries were 3 out of 10. Hershey pies were very good. Probably won’t be back.

Was ask to.pull forward .so they could bring food out instead of handing it threw the drive threw window..waited 23 minutes..six other drive thru customers got there orders as we sat and waited…I git very upset..backed up.to the window..my vehickle had got hot..ask where my food was..I said I’ve waited over 20 minutes..the little smart ass blonde girl..grinned handed me our COLD food..and said have a nice day…very very disappointed…

Food was horrible. Was looking for a nice lunch with a fresh cheeseburger off the grill but NOpe! The cheese was cold and the burger was reheated while the fries was freshly cooked. This location is a hit or miss. Sometimes it’s a 10/10 but sometimes you’ll get a 3/10. Somewhat recommend of your really hungry.
