I don’t have any problems with this Taco Bell, and never had problems with my food until today. I ordered the grilled cheese burrito(which I’ve done in the past) and was surprised to see there was barely ANY cheese on the burrito at all which I feel defeats the purpose of it. I was hoping to have something I like to eat tonight and I ended up being very disappointed. I don’t usually leave reviews but I’m having a bad day, so please try to put in a little more effort.

Oh my gosh, I cannot explain how terrible this Taco Bell was. Taco Bells in Chicago are cleaner and are friendlier. Food was cold, didn’t even get the orders right. We waited so long for our food. The bathroom was absolutely filthy. The garage was over filled. While trying to get a clean paper towel, it would brush up against the dirty paper towels, that’s how full it was. Let’s talk about the dining area. Good luck finding a table you can eat at. Tables, filled with food that people didn’t bother to throw away. The crumbs and debris, ugh. If you’re fine with stepping on chips, cheese, meat while eating on people’s leftovers (and sticky tables)

Editing: changing my review from 1 to 4. I tried going here again lastnight and had a much better experience. The wait time was cut in half, the guy at the window was very pleasant and upgraded my drinks from medium to large for the wait. Also no random things were mixed into my food.
Pre ordered my food on the app… there was a line of cars so I was prepared to wait but not for 35+ minutes. The girls at the window seemed to have 0 idea of what was going on and were arguing back amd forth. Other employees were standing around. I ordered my tacos with no lettice and got lettice and had to pick it out. There was something crunchy in my cheese roll up.. good thing we dont have food allergies.. if I could give 0 stars I would.

While I like taco bell food….this location used to just be a hit or miss of bad service however lately its just bad. Last time we tried eating there…..Noone came to the register even after seeing us standing there….then a lady finally saw us and was coming up not to take our order but to complain about working too long and having troubles with punching out. A few mins later a diffrent guy came up and told us they were out of beef and that it would be 15mins to just get that cooked…..we left

Got the wrong bag of food but they fixed the mistake and was very nice about it. Depends when u go for quaility. My visit on 8/17/25 was not good. Out of new stuff, the new thing i got wasn’t right at all and looks terrible. I tried calling, which I had to call for the second time cause something else was messed up, and i got HUNG UP ON. This is supposed to come with onion and cilantro blend. This looks like crap. If I didnt live far away id go back and ask for a refund or something this looks so crappy. very VERY dissapointed. LIKE NOTHING IN THERE!! U SERIOUSLY SERVED THIS TO SOMEONE??? Should be ashamed honestly

I give a 5 star only for the older gentleman that was working tonight. Around 5ish, 4:59 to be exact, I was order number 140. The older man I know saw me walk in. I was having a horrible day and had just had a rude encounter with an employee at Panda Express minutes before. When the older man gave me my food he gave me a smile and said, “got the extra shredded cheese” and gave me not one but two thumbs up. He made me smile and my day was instantly better!!! It’s the little things like this that people do that make the fast food experience enjoyable. I don’t know the man’s name but I just want to say thank you for making my horrible day better☺️

The service was fast, and the food was made fresh. However, my son asked for sour cream and got black beans instead. I ordered the new steak & pompano quesadilla. It tasted good but for the price there isn’t much in it.

I usually never have a problem and drive-thru workers are usually very pleasant. However today I got my usual beefy 5 layer burrito with rice and grilled… there was almost no cheese rice was all at one end, there was the red tortilla strips and an insane amount of them and non existent beef… 3/4 my burrito was refried beans…so I called the store and they said they would remake it and just tell the drive thru… so I did and the guy sounded pissed that I had complained and was told to come back through… I had told him exactly what I told the guy on the phone and he was real short and just said pull ahead and basically threw my burrito at me and shut the window and turned away and I even tried to say thanks….tried new burrito and first bite was straight up refried beans….I have never called corporate on a place but that was shitty… mind you this was a adult male not some teenager working drive through

12/27/24 1pm. Busy with long drive thru line. Waited over 20 minutes for food. Had the beef burrito. Lots inside, perfectly wrapped. Easy to eat driving. Some rice not done. Short on staff. Only a few working. No one to clean tables.

When I was a kid taco bell was a lot of fun and was a decent cheap eat. Present day has drastically changed. I havent had more depressing food than here. I arrive during third shift hours and anticipate the same quality during the day, this is never the case. Beef and bean burrito tasted like it sat on someones porch for an hour, it was cold and dry. (This happened onthree occasions)I called to ressurect the issue twice now and heard nothing. Each time I called I was told I would recieve a refund and that was weeks ago, I follow up and same story. I miss the old taco bell when the quailty was more consistent and they cared to resolve customer complaints. And I understand customer service is not easy, but im often treated with disrespect at night more than day, its not welcoming. I dont eat here anymore and frankly dont reccomend it.
