Literally asked for a small side of queso cheese and got this. Enough for 3 chips . Cost 1.69
They so wrong for not telling me. I have ordered a small side of queso here before and it was much bigger. I feel robbed. I didn’t have the energy to complain. Thought I would just use that to put them on blast!! I come here a lot, the small has never been this small!!!!!!!! They owe me my money back. Haha this little taste for 4 trips. This is more of a free sample that wasn’t free.

If I could give this location zero stars, I would. The service is abysmal.
The small side salad I ordered had no dressing. I asked for dressing and the cashier said she would sell me one for .70. I showed her my salad that had no dressing and she still insisted it was dressed. She pointed to a drop of dressing on a strip of tortilla chip.
I told her I would leave a negative review and she still tried to gaslight me into believing the salad was dressed. I asked to speak to Marisol the Manager, who apparently had ‘authorized’ the cashier to let me have a dressing.
Marisol the manager said my salad had dressing, even after I showed her my salad, pictured here. So not one, but two deluded food servers attempted to gaslight me into believing the salad was dressed.
Pretty bad service all around. What a dumb and bad experience here.

I hadn’t went to El Pollo Loco for a while. They hadn’t had many alternative options for people eating a more vegetarian diet or pescaterian diet. I just recently went in March and they have shrimp back on their menu. I ordered a double baha shrimp tostada salad bowl. I also ordered guacamole and chips as well. I liked it. The salad was full of flavor and tasted very good. I was hungry so I didn’t get a picture for you with the salad dressing on it or me showoff a delicious bite. I will go back and get another one to add a few more vivid photographs.

Keto choices! Clean inside. Fresh and delicious.
I modified the double chicken protein bowl to make it a vegan keto bowl. I just asked for the chicken on the side. The lime cauliflower rice is soooo good! It says it’s for a limited time but I hope they keep it on their menu. They also have a low carb tortilla option for (sorta keto friendly) options. Their chicken was definitely five star worthy and made me proud to have suggested trying this place.

So u was the only one in here waiting on food tell my why it took 15 min to get a bowl…the chicken was done and about 4 ladies in there walking around not to mention I stood there at least 5 min b4 the girl that saw me came to take me order after another lady in the back finally greeted me then here comes a man if same ethnicity as them I went to the bathroom and went to counter for my food wasn’t there but she called his # b4 mine(houstonwehaveaproblem) she seen the look on my face and said o yea yours ready also….will NEVER EVER come back here. This was my go to spot, not anymore. Terrible service at this location. Ordered a burrito and for some reason the drive thru employee was giving attitude? Sat for a minute to receive my burrito just to go home and it not even wrapped so all the food fell out. I feel it was purposeful. Then, I have to bring to food back with my daughter in hand and what a waste of time for me. I didn’t even want a new burrito because the service and execution was trash. For sure will never go back to this one. Horrible!
