Wash simply dashing. But had to wait 15 mins for food. 3 people in back one up front. Very nice workers but the wait was unacceptable

This location no longer serves breakfast!! The last few times I’ve been here for the lunch/dinner menu the food has not been good, sodas had no carbonation.

Large fry was 6 fries bigger than the normal size fry; thats cheating your customers if you ask me. Food is pretty tasty. Servers are nice, but a little on the spacey side. Urine all over the bathroom toilet seat. So I guess your typical small-town DQ.

Awful…. We went inside to order ice cream. Waited 30 minutes while the workers just socialized with each other and on their phones. Horrible customer service.

Their Soft serve ice cream has changed. It was thick and creamy and now has a synthetic, Artificial taste and texture, almost whipped and airy. It’s not the same at all. Don’t think I’ll be back unless they change back.

I have always enjoyed Dairy queen. The service at this location has really let me down. They focus 90% of their effort on the drive-thru customers and limiting the time for pending orders that come through the drive-thru. That means pulling cars forward every single time. On our last visit we went inside with small group. The ice cream machine was down, we understood this and decided to purchase an ice cream cake from the coolers. When the ice cream machine is down the online orders are blocked for the location. This means I was not able to use a coupon for the cake that I had and the manager would not honor it since it was mobile only. That was fine. When it came time for us to eat the cake they had no method to cut the cake or serve it. I spent more time at the counter trying to ask for an option for us to be able to eat the cake then I did sitting down eating my food. The manager never came to the counter until the point where I asked for her specifically after waiting at the counter for about 20 minutes. And then ask for a refund since the cake cannot been opened and we were not going to be able to eat it. I was told the only way to receive a refund was for the whole order to be refunded and then I would have to repurchase my food that was already eaten. It would also take 5 business days for my refund to hit my account. Understandably this made me irritated. But I calmly asked that she figure out a different option as I did not want to do that. She contacted the assistant manager and there was no alternative resolution given to me. I was then advised that their store manager was on vacation and would be back in 2 days and I would have to take the ice cream cake home and bring it back to return it when the store manager was there for a different resolution. Thankfully a family with our group offered to buy the cake from me because they had a birthday party the next day that they needed a cake for anyway. My advice, do not sell food that cannot be eaten in your lobby. You need a way of serving what you sell. This is basic courtesy and service. At least a $5.00 cake spatula. Stop pulling customers forward when there are no cars behind them. If you’re the night manager, and you have a Lobby full of customers your face should be seen at least once. For how profitable Dairy Queen is, it should have been no problem for the manager to refund the entire order in such a situation when the cake was the majority of the order.

The blizzards were melted and it took 30 minutes just to get the blizzard. It was honestly too disappointing.
