Service was friendly but staff were slow to service the tables. I ate half a small pizza before my wings were cooked and delivered but they were purchased at the same time. The place was empty at 2pm on Friday with a “slow buffet” before my arrival yet several tables were dirty. Food was decent but I wouldn’t buy the wings again as the hottest wings were a seasoing I didnt care for and it had a medium heat to me. The thin crust pepperoni and jalapeno pizza was great.

If you have an hour to waste to be waiting , this is the perfect place for you. Ordered one pizza & some wings, took about 51 minutes for it to come out. Pizza was a 4. Very bland & disappointing. Me and my husband ate one slice each & threw it away. The wings were delicious though.. do recommend those.

The buffet used to be really good and stay stocked. The last several times I have been in here there is basically nothing on the buffet and they put 1 pizza out at a time. As soon as it gets put out it is devoured by other people (some are quite greedy). The girl working the front counter did offer to have a pizza of my preference made but I didn’t have time to wait that long as I got mine to go.

Ordered delivery with a 25-30 minute estimate time, after 50 minutes still hadn’t shown up, so I drove up thwre and had to pick up my food. And of course there was no manager in store so I got cheated out of the delivery fee and driver tip. Will never use the delivery option again. And on top of all that, the food is clearly not fresh and warm.

It was very disappointing. Friday lunch buffet hardly had any pizza at 11:30. We saw three fresh items brought out expected to feed a lunch crowd. One was bread sticks, one was pizza , and the other was a desert. We left hungry because we couldn’t wait any longer.

Every table has a plate on it excluding the ones that people are setting at, have watched 4 people walk out cuz there is no seats the manger was yelling at there employees yet also wasn’t doing anything and when I asked for my cup the lady got rude I’m not one to make complaints but this is not how to run the store especially when you have hardly any customers

Ordered online, pick up time of 6:27. Arrived at 630 and told were sorry, we’ve had a influx of orders and it will be 15 minutes. Would you like a free soda. I sat there and watched someone come in right after me and get their order but then several other people came in to also stand around.
I think this is a one off. They are usually right on time but the offer of a free soda was a bit laughable.

Advanced Remodeling
You need an entire new crew at this Pryor location. They can’t seem to put a complete order together to save their lives. We have ordered from here several times in the last 8-9 months and more than half of the times, they either mess an item up completely, or leave multiple items off of the order. Three times in a row we did not receive our 16 oz ranch… Then we call them to explain, and not only was BOB EXTREMELY rude, but he hung up on my wife, when she was simply asking to speak to the manager. Complete failure of a restaurant. The entire crew needs to go to the Owasso location for training!!

Our party of four totaling $49 and couldn’t even enjoy it. It was totally freezing we physically shook from cold. When asked to please turn some heat on I was informed they would not! Will not be coming back
