Went a Monday. Presidents days . Wasn’t busy at all. Read the reviews before going and seen that service was slow. It only took 20 min from the time my family sat down and ordered, that our food was done. The shrimp was good very good . I’ve had other hibachi restaurants that over cooked their shrimp! Not the case here . Not bad for visiting from out of state . Very solid hibachi but not the best I’ve ever had . Would recommend tho 8.5/10

Amazing place. I’ve never been to a hibachi place so this is my first time. Food is great, the staff are friendly and kind. Overall nice experience.

We got there at 11:00 so they were just getting started for the day. Not very busy which was nice. I had the Japanese slipper cocktail, which was sake, melon liquor, simple syrup and lime juice. Delicious without being super sweet. We got the Volcano roll and the Charleston roll. Both were very good but the star is the Charleston roll, with that Delicious seaweed salad and crispy fried tempura shrimp. One of the best rolls we’ve had in a while.
Super convenient location right off the highway. Definitely should give this place a try if you like sushi.

The food was very good, it just took a good while to get it. The grill area was noisy and it was hard to hear the chef or the service staff. The chef we had was not very engaging with the customers and basically did there bare minimum which was cook the food. I didn’t get my appetizer until half of my hibachi order was on my plate. I would go back but definitely will probably just sit at a regular table.

This place is a total joke anymore. The ONLY person who did well was the chef. But he didn’t make enough food for everyone that ordered. Two people in our party didn’t get food. No chicken or steak and after sitting there waiting he realized he hadn’t got enough portions from the back. The person who took the order skipped and didn’t write down their order. No one came for refills ever. Had to go to back ourselves and get our own refills. Management was no help, just said, ” ne humon wan me don no” whatever she said kind of thing. Who knows what. Then to top it off they tried to charge full price and we didn’t even get to eat hot food cause by the time he cooked everything the other stuff was cold. Very disappointed ☹️

Absolutely awful. Will not be going back. Had to wait a little for a table not terribly long. We wanted to do the hibachi grill, but it was going to be a 30+ minute wait so we opted for a table. Our waiter took forever to even come to our table to greet us and take our drink order so we decided to just order everything all at once. After he brought us our drinks he never came back until he started bringing half of our entrees. I told him to just take the appetizer off our bill because he never brought it, but he proceeded to say it was ready he had just forgotten to bring it to us… He then brought the rest of our entrees and the appetizer. We asked him why we never got our soup and salad to which he seemed surprised that he had forgotten to bring those as well and asked if we just wanted them to go. We started to eat and our food was cold so he had to take it back and reheat it. The chicken and steak were so tough it was hard to stick your fork in it. The noodles tasted like burnt, dirty grill. Absolutely terrible. So expensive for such an awful meal and experience.

Waited awhile to be seated/hibachi was busy with like 10 birthdays. Food was okay not very flavorful our drinks and cocktails took forever staff was polite but short staffed. Poor fish in awesome wishing pond needs more water. Place needs a makeover it’s very dated

2nd time visit and quality was the same. Food is good and kids enjoyed the show. Two comments to highlight: A/C needs improvement and chairs are sticky. Overall, I guess they are the only place that has teppanyaki in town

Fujiyama always impresses with the food and the show that goes along with it. It has become a family tradition to stop here and eat when we are traveling home from vacation. I didnt get very many pics but the helping size is huge. If you leave there hungry its your own fault. I ordered the steak and shrimp with vegetables. The rest of my party got the hibachi chicken, rice, and yum yum sauce. Everyone in the group was happy with there meal.

My first time eating here, we arrived about 25 minutes before closing for lunch.
The hibachi grill was close, which was a little disappointing, but we sat down and ordered a lunch combo.
We ordered the chicken Filet with rice and a side of noodles. We wanted to try them both.
The food came out fairly quickly, and it looked and smelled delicious.
We quickly prayed and then started eating. The food was delicious, and the meat was very tender, and the chicken was great.
The food was excellent. The Filet steak melted in your mouth, super tender.
The rice was very good, and the noodles rocked it.
We will definitely be back when the hibachi grill is open!
