Got extreme food poisoning from the cheese steak. Haven’t been able to do anything for the last 3 days. I called and they said they’ll talk to the employee. Spent nearly 30 bucks with a bogo coupon. Would have at least liked to have been offered a reimbursement.

My partner placed an online order and I went to pick it up, but it had not gone through. The staff was very helpful in trying to solve the issue. Also, while I was waiting, another customer claimed an employee put salt on the fries (he did not) and was making a fuss, but the staff remained very professional.

I ordered online at 8pm. I scheduled ahead not even for asap pickup and set it to 8:30. My drive ended up taking a hit longer so I got there around 8:35/8:40. The food wasn’t done until 9 pm with almost no other customers in the store and only two sandwiches to make. I had ordered something else from a different store for a family member so not only did we wait for forever to get out food from this store but our other food ended up being cold because I set the pick up time for 8:50 thinking that would leave plenty of time between 8:30 and 8:50 to go get that food. Then once I got home the sandwiches weren’t even 100% accurate to what I put in the app. I usually love penn station and it’s a pretty regular spot but I’ve never been to this location before and it’s safe to say I will have to drive a few extra minutes to go to a different one from now on.

Im always satisfied with a sub from Penn Station. They offer a great selection of subs to choose from, at a fair price, and you can customize them to your liking While their french fries are a little pricey, they are DELICIOUS!

The food is good and the people are friendly, but short staffed for as many customers as they are trying to help. I recommend ordering online, but there will still be a wait if you order fries – they drop them fresh when you arrive.

Good grilled subs served hot to your table. Friendly staff. The fries are good and made fresh in store. Can be a little pricey, but quality is good. There is a variety of sandwiches you can get, and always customize your order. The square cookies are pretty amazing. Staff can sometimes be sparse and sporadic, but patience is appreciated by everyone. They do a good job of getting your name to come find you in the dining room.

Penn Station is up there for the best chain sandwich place. Everything is so fresh. Get the Chicken Teriyaki- add all the veggies…chefs kiss.
They literally cut and fry your fries right there! They are perfect tender, crispy, and golden brown. And actually the cookies are pretty amazing as well. Some of the best fast food cookies there are.

Used to like coming here. Ordered a turkey bacon ranch. Had about 1 oz of turkey, 1 piece of bacon. Tasted good but terrible value for the money. Fries were not crispy, just greasy. Shame.
