As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

This location is very old, as evident from the crumbling structure.
While a staff member is entitled to spend her/his break time as she/he wishes, I think the person should be discreet about smoking weed around customers and other staff.

Came for a pickup order and they were running the pickup lane backwards with no signage. Was following the arrows into the drive thru and had to reverse out. They literally directed me to drive through the drive thru backwards (going opposite direction as the painted arrows). What is going on at this location lol

Maybe its because its the first of the month but this very small store was overrun with customers and we ( my father and I) waited far too long for a simple order of two sandwiches, drinks and fries. The employees were cordial for the most part and even compensated us with an extra order of fries for the long wait, but my order of a spicy chicken sandwich looked pretty pathetic, not exactly worth what I paid for. Wouldn’t order from there again if I can help it.

After waiting 20 min for a chicken sandwich this is what they gave me and it was old. I tried to eat it because I was starving but I couldn’t stomach it. This is the thinnest hardest chicken sandwich I’ve ever seen. Unacceptable!

When I first pulled up I was told I had to wait 15 minutes for the system to leave it after which I ordered six apple pies and was told I would have to wait an additional 8 minutes which turned out to be 30 minutes by the employees sat outside at the picnic table smoking what has happened to fast food industry I could have made six homemade apple pies in this time however the server was kind enough to give me a small banana shake free of charge not happy with the 30 plus minute waiting period but everything else made up for it

This place is so dysfunctional, they take cards or cash only if it’s the exact amount they won’t make change. missing half the menu items I placed the order and then they told me to drive around to the other drive-thru window to get my meal which is on the opposite side of the vehicle. So after having to climb across my truck to get said order the burger I got tasted like garbage, 1/3 of the patty was hard (like old) to the point I threw it out
