More a kids place salads are great not the same as used to be but ok. They charge extra for dressing tiny cups. Everything cooked frozen hard as a rock 70.00$ for three adults super melts and waffle fries and one fribble. Never again. Waited ten mins to b seated and still attitude from the waitress.

Our large family visited Friendly’s to celebrate a birthday. The service was outstanding. Our server was friendly, managed all of our orders with care and was efficient. The gentleman bussing tables had plenty of jokes and had Our table laughing. That combined with home style food and great dessert was a wonderful experience!

It was a decent burger, with a poor side of fries for me, and my coworker had a tuna melt and fries… and both with water…
We saw our server three time.
Once to take the order, once to bring the order, and once to bring the check…
Three visits to the table it ran me $40 (something close to 15% but less than 18%).
I should had ice cream before I left, I would have neen scared so…
I dont think I’d spend my hard earned money to dine in again…

The french toast slices were large. Very good. The scrambled eggs were surprisingly good. They weren’t over cooked( like a lot of places. Service was prompt and friendly.

Love ordering online. The food is always ready quickly and made perfectly. It was unusual to see only one person preparing the food and several waiters sitting around just chatting when I was there yesterday.

I arrived to this location at 9:33 waited about 2 mins to be greeted. The young lady desk ask if I had a pick up order when I told her no, I would like to place and order she look at me like I had three heads began to take my order( forbidden chocolate milk shake)then proceeded to tell me “the blender were done for the night” the lying was so bad that you can see it all over her face. I looked at like seriously and i just walked away. The store closed at 10pm it takes less that 5 mins to make a milkshake I drove from west Hartford. I sat in my car in disbelief service is not what it use to be and that’s everywhere.
Very disappointed never again will I spend a dime on this franchise support small business.

Friendly’s is a CLASSIC – stopped into the one in Southington during the holidays – and enjoyed EVERY BITE. Food was fast & Yummy – we saved room for the Ice Cream – and service was “Friendly” Keep up the great work !!

Definitely recommend the friendlies in southernton.Connecticut.Don’t go to one in the Bristol.And don’t go to the one in plainville because they don’t have good service.
